Waited 2 hours for my pizza. They dropped my first one which was done in 20 minutes but then they never remade it, they kept saying it is coming but after 2 hours almost I demand my money back. The young man in back was so unprofessional and the ladies in front acted as if they didn't care and it is business as usual. Worst fast food pizza place I have ever been too, this is the one in Jamaica plaza on 2nd and main st. HORRIBLE!!!!
Came in yesterday for a few pizzas I hated for a medium pepperoni the lady working it was like 4 o'clock Sunday the 23rd she told me with an extreme additude THIS IS NOT DOMINOS WE DONT HAVE THAT. Ummm a simple we only have 1 size pizza would that be ok would of been alot nicer but I did come to the Washington location can't ever really expect much. If she would of not had an additude we would of stayed and got pizza here but instead we went to the lakeside location and they where helpful like always and we gave them our 60 bucks for pizza. Your loss. Yall need to rethink who you hire. Because you have terrible service on multiple occasions. And the pizza at this Location the cheese is always burnt so just AVOID THIS LOCATION GO TO LAKESIDE OR HELL EVEN DOMINOS LIKE SHE PRACTICALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO......
I was ten minutes late from the time the online ap said it would be completed. Now going on 30min and still I don't have my order. I did love this store buy the customer service has become terrible. I made it known that I was waiting 20min late and didn't even get an apology. Only excuses. This is the third time this has happened to me and I won't be coming back.
I don't know what they have done but the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was awesome and the wings were great. They are now my go to for pizza and wings ?
The worst little Ceasars I've ever been to!! If you want to wait an hour for a hot and ready pizza this is the place to go.
I arrived a today at 7:57 and requested a fresh out of the oven pizza, I was told to wait outside because it would be a wait, I went to my vehicle and went back in the store after 15 have gone by. Alexandra R. is the person who took my order and who assisted me as I returned to the store when she asked for my name she said “ooh no Thai pizza belongs to someone else” so I waited some more this time inside the store. I witnessed how Alexandra R. and another co worker (she refused to give me her name) where very distracted learning how to translate words and playing around the whole time I was there not to mention there was another lady in the lobby that knew the girls who worked there and they were having a conversation this whole time I waited. I walked up to the counter after 10 more minutes have passed and asked again is my pizza ready Alexandra R. goes to the back and tells the rest of the staff something (I couldn’t hear but I was able to see through the pizza glass that keeps the pizzas warm behind the register) then I see that she opened the door from the kitchen side for the pizza warmer and grabs one from there then hands it to the other girl whom she was playing with this whole time (that’s the girl that refused to give me her name) and she says “here’s your pizza” I tell her “I asked for a fresh one” she says with attitude “this is fresh” I tell her “no it’s not I saw when you grabbed it from the glass door from behind you” she goes off saying “I’m telling you this is fresh if you don’t want it you will wait another 15 minutes” I was upset and said “it’s not okay to keep me waiting because you forgot to put a fresh one in I don’t like that you are trying to play me” she is doing hand and head movements and says “are you going to wait or not” I say “yes” but o waited inside Thai time because of course I don’t trust them making a fresh one at this point. As I’m standing there I then see her take off to the back and the rest of her co workers come and she’s saying “she took a picture of me” another co worker Elizabeth who claimed to be the manager address me and I explained what the issue was and how her co worker has a horrible attitude she asked if I took a photo of the girl who denied to provide her name and I said “no I didn’t” I told her how I will be filing a complaint and that I needed a phone number she took my receipt and wrote a number in the back (I called when I arrived home and it’s disconnected) she then said she would be making a fresh pizza for me and then I said “listen I know you guys are stressed and probably short staff and I totally understand that, but if she (un named girl) would’ve not lied by trying to play me with an old pizza (the girl yells in the back “I didn’t play you” ) and would had just been honest and said Hey I’m so sorry it’s taking longer thank expected or we totally forgot to put it in I would had understood 100%, but the fact that she gets caught and then gives attitude just made it all worse” the manager Elizabeth was very understanding and kind she said my pizza would be ready soon (did not apologize) I was so upset and frustrated that when she called me back in the store to get my pizza I totally forgot to get the bread sticks and sauce I had paid for, I looked up the store phone number and it’s the same one Elizabeth had written in the back of the receipt so there’s no way I could notify them about the bread sticks and sauce, mind you I had my 11 year old and 8 month old in the car while this was happening so once I arrived home there was no way I would get them back in the car to go get the bread sticks or sauce. I did send a email to coorperate and will get to the bottom of this because we do not need to be treated like such.
I ordered a simple pizza online and they said it would take 20-25 minutes, which was pretty long but I didn't mind too much. When I got there and it was finally my turn, they said that they never registered my order. It took an entire hour after I originally called to receive my pizza. Not even a single apology was given too.
Caller at 909 pm they said they were closed and all the had was pepperoni no cheese just pepperoni and the female hung up on me stating again we are close but it says 10 pm close time. I used to go all the time with my friends you just lost about 20 customers
bad service order online and still wait 40 min for my order.
I ordered online for pickup, it was being sliced when I got there. And, as usual, the pizza was EXCELLENT. Love it!!! The staff there is great!!!
