So disappointed, after reading the reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m Mexican and unfortunately the food was not good. The spices were way off and lacked salt. I was really hoping the food would be good. I ordered the ceviche tostadas and my bf ordered the campechana. The crackers were stale and the chips were burned. I was extremely sad. They definitely needed more staff. :/
My wife and i attended a sales meeting in San Diego and enjoyed a great lunch at this establishment. Nice staff and quick service. I would go back there.h
I order from this here a huge Carne Asada nachos and crunchy tacos and my brother ordered chicken quesadilla and my dad ordered combination number oneWith rice beans enchiladas and crunchy taco everything was deliciouswe finished everything and we got knocked outFrom being so deliciousCan't wait to go back and and try more delicious food
Consistently excellent and the owner is so nice! We order regularly and have had them cater multiple events. Our kids are attending college out of CA and Carlos helped us with orders of Carne Asada burritos that we carried on safely and legally through TSA, he shared directors for reheating and they were fantastic. Can’t wait for them to be able to reopen their outdoor lunch - I miss the mulitas!
Everything was great except I forgot to get my husband's horchata before I left. He lives the siete mares soup. He been getting it since he was a kid. I don't eat seafood, but he was talking about how good the crab legs were.
Truly the very trinceiest chorizo con huevos burrito I've ever eaten anywhere for $10 almost everywhere you can get twice this big for the same price so if you're looking for quantity and quality go somewhere else
The enchiladas were delicious. But the menus and garlic shrimp had no Salt or seasoning. The salsa was terrible! It tasted like they put bbq sauce in it?
The best Mexican restaurant in East County! And the street tacos done mid week are the absolute best. Siete Mare soup is great. And the Camarones de Casita are a must!!!
This was a weekend regular visit for us until we got two Sundays in a row when the burnt the bacon for my bacon and egg breakfast. There's an plenty of taco shops on the street but this is the only one that has Pina on Sunday
I’ve been going here for years and it has been and always will be my favorite Mexican restaurant in San Diego. Honestly this place deserves more notary, it’s delicious food, and the staff is friendly and inviting. Not to mention the street tacos out front that just invite you in as you drive up. If you haven’t been here before then do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I promise you’ll be back
