Worst L & L I've ever been to. Called in the order and the cashier was on speed. I mean this is confirmed by her pupils in person and her shakey body language. Saw this girl before and she was calm. Clear difference. PLUS these geniuses decided to put chairs on the tables to clear during the dinner rush. The lunatics are running the asylum here. Stay away for your own good
This location has horrible service. They take a long time and usually get your order wrong. I ordered ahead of time and when I got there they forgot to place the order. The employees are rude!

I waited a pretty long time for a overpriced plate of burnt chicken, beef, and a short rib that was a black and charred piece of fat. I was very disappointed in this meal. I won’t be back. Avoid this place
Really good food. Never had a bad meal here. One of my favorite breakfasts is this Loco Moco.
I’ve been to this location many time over the years. They were closed for months & alot of the employees ended up leaving, Now the restaurant is renovated & most of the employees are new & seem like they dont know what they are doing at all. They had me waiting over half an hour for one bbq mix plate when there was an empty restaurant. Not to mention it seems like the cashier has no idea how to use the register & wasnt trained properly. Bad management & employees need to be trained. Dont waste your time or money & go to another L&l. This one is overpriced as well.
Excellent service .Chicken bowl was very good , fresh and a nice portion/price i will be back for the beef bowl next time .?
I would like to start this review off by saying the lady who works in the front is very nice and have us excellent service. However, my wife and I got our food severely burnt, and the taste was horrifying. It tasted like there was some type of chemical cleaner that was cooked into the meat. I wish I could describe the smell and taste. They also have their cooks smoking out front which is an obvious public health violation. This is very disappointing considering L&L is usually one of our favorite places to eat, and this was our first time at this broadway location and definitely our last. I am really hoping to convey this as a possible warning if you have kids, or eat here yourself I would just be a bit mindful.
