Worst jack in the box I ever been to. Slowest staff. Apparently ran out of the nacho stuff for the tacos they are advertising. Once we tried to order it they started taking down the signs.Ordered mini tacos and curly fries.Friends behind us ordered 2 8 pc nuggets.Their nuggets came out and they ate them before we finally got our tiny tacos.Still don't have our curly fries as I am writing this. Ordered at 16:49, it's 17:02. Still no curly fries. Shouldn't take over 10 minutes to make curly fries.
It was late at night, and Marriott snack bars were out of items. Walked 2 blocks to Jack in the Box. Menu quite diverse, and the food was tasty. Only "problem" we had was that only drive-through was open, and we were on foot. We figured a way to order, and were satisfied with out bag of treats...
I am in a ♿️ electric wheelchair, my left foot is amputated so I can't get out of the chair. For some reason out of my control? My batteries died ? a young gentleman pushed me up the ramp in to the resturant. I asked if there were outlets to plug in my charger the female told me that there should be outlets around the lobby. I ordered a snack to eat while my chair charges. I look around all the walls including the men's bathroom. I asked her what whe could do and she said. I don't know what to tell you, I asked her to speak to the manager she said she wa. Acting manager. So again. I asked her I have a dead battery how can you help. She chuckled and said have a nice day, please leave. Ii said what about Ada or just leaving me strandedSo I demanded a refund for my food and drink.she refunded $7.56 in cash, later I looked at my credit card ? I was charged $8.11. Not the best service I received from JACK IN THE BOX.
I enjoy using the app to order ahead of time. Also- the line here is usually really fast and efficient. They do not mess up orders.
I have never seen a TIP Jar posted outside the drive up window at any Jack in the box EVER! I thought it was tacky and tasteless. This was like 2 am. It was a Styrofoam cup with "TIPS" written on it in fluorescent orange marker. They pay their employees a fair wage and they charge more than enough for their food, so I think that Foodmaker Inc. would be upset to know that they did this.

Person in drive thru needs customer service training. Said she had a bad headset. Seemed rude when she couldn't hear us correctly. Instead of saying she couldn't hear us, she raised her voice to my friend. When we drove around we asked who the manager was. She pointed to her and said she was busy. Not very good customer service at all.
This is the only location with massive problems, food is undercooked often, missing items most visits, and waiting in line for 55 minutes is not acceptable. It's called fast food for a reason. Either pay your employees more to provide better service or hire more staff, seriously.
Over all I think most of the food is pretty good but the salads have really gone downhill. The southwest chicken salad used to have spring mix lettuce along with iceberg lettuce, now its just iceberg lettuce. It also used to come with Pepper Jack cheese & spicy corn sticks but mine came with cheddar cheese & no corn sticks, not even a package of croutons. Please, Jack-in-the-Box, improve the salads!
