This place will waste your time and the time of those delivering to you. Do not order from here, you will not get your order and after an hour they will cancel the order on you, leaving you with only an empty stomach to show for it.Even if you don't order delivery be wary, as they do not understand the concept of allergies. If you have a gluten allergy or celiacs, eating here is a risk. If you are lactose intolerant, god help you if someone lazily throws a slice of cheese on your burger that you asked for with no cheese. Any allergens could be put on your sandwich even if you specifically request them removed, it's a gamble whether whoever prepares the food is paying attention or not. They do not understand that their actions have consequences, so do not eat here if you are at risk of any of these things.
3 stars only because this place is pretty slow compared to all others I've been to. The food is the same as any other Jack.
When i pulled up to the window it was open and the cashier was talking about a customer being “poco fresco”..odd vibe and said everything was in the bag but no ketchup :( no good vegan options either besides fries and salad. I do appreciate the sprite zero
Ordered through the app....went to pick to find the drive thru closed and the doors locked. Tried to call son e I can see 3 people in the buying working and got no answer. I knock on the door and the 1st time I was ignored, the 2nd time the shift manager mouthed "we are closed" then walked out of sight. I keep knocking because they already charged my card and I either want my food or I want my money back. I am ignored for quite some time. I ca the number on the door that is different from different from the restaurant phone number. A gentleman answers (I assume the GM) and I explain what happened. He says he's going to call and find out what is going on and will call me back...he calls me back 15 minutes later to tell me he doesn't know what's going on...I said it fine but im livid.. this whe ordeal started at 205am when the order was placed and ended when I finally gave up at 300am...I. walked away with no good and no refund. Will update once resolved

I ordered 2 tacos well done they were cold and not crispy at all! Didn't give me receipt which meant no calling them to complain or to do their survey. Males me think that they knew it was substandard tacos.
The people wh are somewhat cool. The food is fast food, so I can't expect a five star meal. They do a decent job most of time, so I really have no complaints, or anything bad
Well theyre outside trying to be like in and out burger the menu is too extensive to be trying to learn some new system during rush hour!! The line had 12 cars
The Jack in the Box, has the best deal on jumbo Jack Jr. under $2 .And they are better than all the other fast food drive throughs includingThe In And Out Burger, service is fast and the order has always been correct.
