I usually order the Munchie box and and extra order of medium fries. I usually go to this location because they normally give the amount that is given. Today however, they put my whole order in the Munchie box. I only received 4 onion rings and I know the fries amount was a small not a medium. I questioned the server at the window where my fries where. When he said they were in the box I felt something not right. I got home looked at my order and feel I was cheated a full side of onion rings and a full medium size fries. If they fix this for the next time I go, I will change my rating to a 5. But until then. I'm hungry!
Not the fault of this particular restaurant but the company as a whole, they got rid of my absolute favorite meal which was the spicy nacho chicken munchie meal. I’ve gotten that for YEARS an absolute favorite and they just let it go. It was tragic when I found out. Other than that their food is alright the chicken strips and fries are good.
This Jack in the Box is always fast and accurate. Only problem is that there is a large population of homeless people who hang around and panhandle while you wait in line. They make people uncomfortable.
Their prices are FAR higher here than they should be for what you are getting. My chicken sandwich was twice the price of what it should have been, or half as large as it should have been. My daughter’s hamburger was somewhat of a value, so it was not a total waste of my time to come here. Exiting the parking lot was a nightmare, however.
I had Tiny tacos and woke up in the middle of the night and threw up. I won't be eating there again! Told my friend what happened to me and the same thing happened to her a few days prior.
After making me repeat my older no less than six times they still got it incorrect. I had to go back through and wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be cooked correctly. Good customer service but that is just a bit much for a freaking cheeseburger.
The food is good, and the takeout people are super nice. The line at this one can get long but moves pretty quickly. Expect greasy food, because its a fast food place. Good pricing for what you get.
Busy, sadly no bathrooms to use, same at CVS across street. Not understand how can sell food, but not provide bathrooms to get rid of human waste made from what they sell??? Nice staff, and good deals if you use coupons and specials.

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve been to in my life! Employees standing around doing nothing, homeless people lurking around, my walk in order took almost 20 minutes for 3 small items, and on top of all of that they gave me the wrong food and wrong dipping sauces!! Literally scared to eat my food now, and they wouldn’t refund me. It’s almost like they were trying to be terrible employees? I’ll never go here again!!
