Placed a mobile order and paid $46 with my debit card before arriving at the store. When I got there, I was denied my food AND a refund because their system wasn’t working. The manager called someone who told me to get the refund from my bank—which makes no sense whatsoever—then he hung up on me when I asked him if I could get his name and number in case my bank says no. It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. I have submitted request after request, and even checked that I would like to be personally contacted to have the matter resolved. Nothing. They wouldn’t even accept the confirmation on my phone, showing exactly what I ordered and that it had been paid for.Thanks for your reply below, Jack in the box. But as I have mentioned, I have already filled out that form 3 times and nobody has contacted me. That’s why I left this review.
Well.. I've been here a few times. Inside and drive thru. It's a hit or miss. My last visit was a miss I won't complain too much because at then end of the day it is just fast food. Ordered a munchie meal and they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and taco shells were stale. But hey the buttermilk sauce was fire ?
Every morning i get off from work this fast food chain, served as my kitchen i can tolerate on the drive through when placing an order,sometimes had always a problem i understandunderstand...but forgetting to return the debit card of their customer is not acceptable , this employee must have a proper training to return the card before they give the food they ordered, leaving my debit card with my information is not safe in this place...... This is serious matter because they only swipe the card and automatically charge what you order without using your pin number.....
Staff was too focused on messing around and flirting with new female hire than to make sure order was correct and had the nerve to ask us to enter the drive thru again to get the items they forgot in order to keep window times from looking bad which would've been a reflection or their poor service. Need to fix their employee base and retrain them, better service from non-english speakers than this joke of a crew. 6 pm on Sunday January 23rd 2022, wasn't even busy and they still can't do their job right. Companies really going downhill.
Person taking orders at drive thru in the morning was a little uneducated,when asked if he had a full menu he asked me what that was,then he claimed he didn't understand when I explained it to him.Food was much better...

Nice of them to be open on NYE. 2 other of my usuals were closed for in-store service at the time at 3pm.! Their drive-thru was packed so my in-store appearance went unnoticed for a few minutes. Otherwise the order was fine and given quickly enough. I was on my way to work but timed out okay, made it on time! Teriyaki chicken bowl was good!
Drive thru employee (female in her 20) was extremely rude and did not give us our receipt. I called and spoke to the manager who was RUDE and argued with me over the phone while she continued to raise her voice. DO NOT go here!! Not worth it!!
Yeah it is fine. A lot of new employees but the managers see able to keep the whole show together.
2 homeless white guys dirty hair, dirty clothes on BMX bikes. The two looked too old to bmxers. I know the taxpayers gotta be fed up feeding the street bullys fast food everyday. I love the corporation. The employees are great. Single minded and fast, clean. When the owners gonna tell the street people how it works? The buddy/buddy is not the regular staff. If these street people gonna succeed they gonna have to know that. Plus street girl gets feed up quick. When the young bull street guys gonna learn . No one's helping them by lying that adult work is buddy/buddy.
