If you're in the mood for a super delicious burger and fries.....In-N- Out Burger is the place to go. Many locations to choose from and well worth a visit. Today's choice was in El Cajon and we dined in. Outdoor patio also available. Team members were welcoming and service impeccable. Such a distinct comforting yummy flavorful bite(s) of goodness. You can't go wrong with any combo on the menu!

I was wanting in and out burger for a while and I finally got the time to go sit in for lunch. I won't dare to try the drive thru. The inside wasn't busy at all, maybe no more than five people. Good just how I like, I ordered the regular cheeseburger and fires. The patty was thin, although it was good and how I like my burgers, But I should have gotten the double patty maybe.. I don't go to in and out much, maybe once in blue moon. This location in El Cajon is fairly new, inside. Lots of workers, fast quick and easy, polite and working fast. I'll go back soon, but i'll get double patties..
Foods terrible, fries were like eating cardboard, burger had no flavor at all
I was here last night waiting in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes. Then on top of that once I get to the front the guy at the window tells me he gave my food to someone else. I understand mistakes happen, but he then asks me if it's okay with me for me to still take the food which he had given to other people who already had their hands in that same bag of food. It was more than obvious that he didn't want to have to tell his coworkers to remake the food for my order which he messed up on. That same guy also had me pull over & wait even longer just to get my food. How much more unprofessional can someone get than that? Especially with covid season going on. I guess common sense isn't so common anymore smh. I'm never going to this location or any other for that matter. My in n out days are over with. Never spending another penny here again. I'd give negative 5 stars if that was an option.
Food is always great. This location is super busy most of the time but always efficient with thier drive thru. Food comes out fresh and hot. Employees are friendly and pay attention to details especially with special orders.
The drive-thru line was way too long so I ordered take-out. It took a good 20min or so for our order to be ready. Burgers were well made.
My son loves this fast food chain. The wait is typically longer than your other fast food chains but the food is always fresh.
