My son loves donuts so we go here more often than I'd like to admit but every time we do, their customer service is excellent! The nicest group of people, they're always friendly, efficient and top notch! Keep up the great work!
Can’t say thank you enough to this place and the staff. We just stopped for some coffees and a few donuts. However a fate would have it one of the coffee fell all over the table. The first concern was if my son was okay? We were very lucky no coffee got him. The staff didn’t even blink in helping us clean up, making us new coffees, and replacing our donuts. This place is amazing and the staff deserve a huge shout-out! We appreciate all that you did for our family today.
Everytime I've come here they rush through my order, interrupt me, get half of it wrong, and I end up having to re explain my entire order at the window to someone not listening again and rushing off halfway through what I've said. I've ordered the egg and cheese croissant many times and they mess it up and put sausage or bacon on it and then I'm having to talk with their manager to refund the difference, and remake the sandwich. And even when I get their croissants, they're not cooked fully and I always end up getting sick.Today was my last straw and I will not be coming back. The person at the window did not listen to my order, when I tried correcting her she got upset with me and ran off before I could tell her I had asked for both cream and sugar in my coffee and ended up making a mess of my coffee and gave me no napkins or wiped it off. The amount seemed off and when I tried asking if she included one of my items she cut me off and said yes, only to not hand me said item and try to curtly send me off. I had asked about it and she got even more upset and said she needed to charge me for that since it was not on the order, which was absolutely fine, of course. It wasn't on the initial order. But she snatched my money from me and practically threw the bag at me and closed the window. Not to mention my croissant was cold and uncooked yet again.
Absolutely amazing helpful and kind staff. Great donuts and coffee! Super attentive people that work there and very gracious with helping us out, really took care of us ?
Said the dine in time was only for 2 hours? And said my wife and I had to leave because we were there longer. Nowhere was it plastered that the dine in timing was 2 hours. That’s bs. Last time we were there for 3 and a half hours no one bothered us. Smh. And still made us leave despite us buying food here and there.
First time trying DD and it was… ok.The strawberry and blueberry colitis aren’t bad. But the bacon bites were basically black and the hash brown were over cooked yet underdone (blacked on the outside, but cold on the inside and overall mushy). It was a bit of a disappointment overall :/
I stopped in on my way to have my car serviced at Toyota. I've never been to DD before. I was really pleasantly surprised. The iced coffee was delicious. The donut was fresh. What really stood out was the customer service. The gentleman was polite and friendly. I will definitely go back soon.
Shop is opened until 8:00pm. Dining area staff told us to order using the drive thru, no other customer waiting, and because I was not driving, service was denied. As we all are making our efforts to help with the economy recovery, some people are still using the "we are short on staff" as an excuse to hide their awful customer service skills. Shop owner/regional manager should be aware of this.
Coffee was Dunkin, egg wraps were warm and decent. Jelly Doughnut was cold and frozen...not sure why, but ate it anyways.
I swing by here almost every day to buy coffee & donuts for my staff.Sergio is the employee here at Dunkin who always welcomes me in and takes my order. I wanted to write this review for management and hopefully you read it.My experience with Sergio S. Has been amazing, he is such a professional young man and very attentive.He is manager material, I see the skills in him of a great and fair leader. Promote this man!
