The order was cold and late. According to their tracker, the food was left out over an hour before it was delivered . I had to cancel movie tickets over their tardiness . From order to delivery it took almost an hour and a half . Delivery insurance on their app does not work and I could not get through to their store. Furthermore, when I tried to call customer service they did not have any operators available. Lastly, when I tried to contact them via chat they just gave me the runaround. Very disappointed. Deleting the app from my phone as we speak.
In the last few weeks I've had more free pizzas due to my pizza being late out to my car than I've actually paid for. About half the time they mess up the order in some way as well. Tonight's mess up was I asked for a square cut pizza with no garlic buttery flavoring and I got the reverse of that. The only reason I still go here is because I might get a free pizza. As the great warrior Michelangelo once said : "forgiveness is divine but never pay full price for late pizza".
Delivery is not an option I would recommend, staff is kind and friendly but they are too understaffed to help you at decent speed. I HAVE ORDERED FROM THERE ONLY TO CANCELNBECAUSE THE WAIT WAS OVER AN HOUR.
Couldn’t make my order at 11, online says they close at 12 ? Probably just didn’t feel like it
We ordered ahead for takeout. Ready when we got there, but had to receive thru small pass thru window from outside. The pizza we ordered was dry and not fresh looking(we weren't that long). We were told 25-30 minutes, and arrived in about 40. The wings with parmagian were very tasty and juicy. The ones that were supposed to be buffalo sauce were dry with just a bit of extra sauce squirted here and there. Nothing like I've had them before or like their picture on the menu showed. When I went back to point that out, I was offered some extra sauce to pour or dip, myself. That was good.The employees were friendly, courteous, and tried to be helpful. TY.
Ive been coming to this pizza shop for almost 5 years. They recently finished renovations and the pizza was 10/10. Before the recent upgrades to the store the pizza was very hit or miss. I recommend giving this place another try! You wont regret it!
Probably the worst ever pick up experiences I've had. Like 12 people inside avoiding eye contact with me while I'm looking at my pizza that is ready and already paid for but I have to wait 15 minutes for someone to literally hand it to me. This has happened at least 3 times at this location.

TERRIBLE PLACE!! I called today at 5:30 pm. After they put me on hold for 5 minutes, a girl finally took my order. The whole call took 7 minutes and when I went to the store an hour later to pick up my order I was told that they didn't have an order placed under my name or phone number!!! Even after I showed the phone number of the store that was dialed at 5:30 the guy kept denying that I even placed an order. The guy then asked me to wait another 20 minutes to get our pizza done. Obviously I didn't order anything! Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME at this place!!
