The chicken tequila lime burrito is the best burrito I've ever had. Every time I visit San Diego I make it a point to get it.
Very delicious spot for authentic Mexican foods! We went there for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast burrito and my husband ordered a birria quesadilla. Both are very delicious. I loved my burrito very much, the egg are smooth and flavorful. My husband loved his quesadilla as well. The shop is very small so I recommend you do take out and eat at somewhere else.
Underrated spot that has great burritos and carne asada fries. The consistency with their food and service is always top notch.

I had potato tacos not sure what they make it out of,but it didn't taste like a potato taco should. Burrito was ok. I would give it a second try to see if it's better next time.
I've never had a bad, or even mediocre, burrito from this place. Their salsas are super flavorful. The meats are cooked perfectly and are juicy with flavor. The fact that you can get unique combinations like what's in the big poppa or the tequila lime is what brings me back. My family grabs food from here maybe every other week. It's easily my favorite Mexican food spot in El Cajon. I mean, they even have nopal on the menu I'm a few dishes. Awesome spot.

If you haven't been to this place... YOUR MISSING OUT! Everything I've ordered has been authentic, fresh and delicious. This is why San Diego Is on the map for best mexican food. MY favorites are the El Cajon Burrito, The tequila shrimp burrito, Cabeza tacos, rolled tacos and damn near every combo or specialty.
Local Mexican restaurant serves up delicious fish tacos, carne asada fries and carne asada burritos. Menudo is on the menu daily. Great for take away ordering.
