We’ve been coming here for the fifteen years it’s been in town. It’s so delicious and so authentic. My husband is from Chicago. He brought me back there a few times and we tried the deep dish there and the Italian beef sandwich. They were barely mediocre in Chicago. At least the touristy places that we went to in town. The food here is just phenomenal and their new location is so nice plenty of seating, comfortable seating, great service. Worth every penny. If you want truly authentic and truly delicious Chicago style food this is where you should go. This is a gem in Santee and we are so lucky to have this place.

I had a thin crust pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. The salad was okay but definitely not exciting. The pizza was disappointing, as I found the sauce was much too spicy and also bitter. There might have been way too much oregano but I'm not quite sure that's what I was tasting. The pizza was Chicago-style "tavern style" pizza, by far my favorite of the three Chicago styles, but this one just didn't taste good to me. My feeling about Chicago Pizza Company is that they took a very long time to finally open, but they really opened too soon, because I don't think they've got their routine fully worked out yet; a casual observer might conclude they just opened this week, whereas they've actually been open for a few months, I believe. I'd like to say I'll return in a few months and see how things have changed, but I really don't expect to go back there ever again. I wish the best for the business but I think they have to put some work into making a quality product.

Italian beef roll with sweet peppers and onions was great. Zucchini was fresh and very good. Will return!

Love this the Chicago Hot Dogs. Ive been a customer for over 10 years. Used to be located on Prospect but have a new place on Graves St. Next to the DMV. Food is Great, service was great and the restaurant was immaculate. Following all the safety precautions as well. Ya gotta give them a try.

First time here, and had great pizza and the polo sandwich. They were fabulous!

OMG! Just like home! If you haven't had Chicago pizza you've got to try it; it's amazing; so make sure you say, Chicago style. It's my home town and something I grew up eating. So yummy! I haven't had the hot dogs yet but, if they really are like home; I'm going to move next door to them. I'm so glad that I read the feeds on YELP because that's where I saw The Chicago Pizza Company and I'm so glad I gave it a try. It was so good we're going back tomorrow. The staff is patient and do it all there so please know they take your order and then go in the back and make it. The pictures I posted don't do the pizza justice. Put this place on save and check it out sometime. We had a family of 7 and it only cost $52.00 which included the tip and we had to carry our stomachs home.

My absolute favorite pizza place!I love the new location! It has tons of seating, and a very romantic atmosphere, but also great for meeting a friend for a bite to eat!Great tasting pizza, salad, and desert! One day I will venture away from my signature pizza, and salad with pickles and try something new!

Delicious Chicago style deep-dish pizza! It takes almost an hour to bake one of these amazing pizza pies, so we called our order in. They texted me once the pizza was about 10 minutes from being done which had us there just in time to sit down and enjoy this marvelous pizza and crispy mozzarella sticks straight out of the oven!

I stop here whenever I’m in the area. The spaghetti with sausage is delicious. Excellent spicy marinara!

Called in an order for pick up. I used the menu on the website to figure up what we wanted and the prices since we were splitting the bill... when they gave me my total over the phone it was a full 20% more than I had figured, the sweet gal who took my order passed me to the owner who insisted it was correct and that I didn't read the menu correctly. They said they were pretty busy so it would be an hour. I got the text for pick up an hour later, and headed over. When I picked it up I showed the website menu to the guy at the front counter, he was super nice and was as surprised as me that the prices on the website were totally different than the in-person menu. He couldn't adjust my bill because it was already rung up, but he tried asking the owner in the kitchen. The guy didn't even come out of the back but just yelled from the kitchen that he told me the price on the phone. Owner was rude, but the staff was nice. Paid my full bill and tipped the counter guy. Now, I've had Chicago deep dish in Chicago, and I would say this pizza was pretty good, just a tad greasier (think pizza hut greasy) but the sauce was good and the meats were great. We also tried an alfredo pizza and the sauce was just ok, but the artichokes were terrible. The mozzarella cheese was excellent. It was good food but for two pizzas (one large one small) my bill was about $65 plus tip, it just wasn't THAT good. A little too steep for me for the rudeness we dealt with.Edited to reply: Thank you for your kind reply! It sounds like you are a great guy! I will clarify: The manager did not honor the advertised pricing (should have been $54) when I asked about it by phone and then when I came in in person I asked about it again, as the credit card ticket was already rung up, but the counter staff offered me a cash refund from the till (with permission from the manager after a long discussion), which I declined since I felt it would get him in trouble based on the comments being shouted by the manager from the kitchen, he never came out and spoke to me in person.
