Just do the burgers like the customer asks or be like in and out and minimize stuff for your cooks to screw up. Yes it's the cooks you guys are lazy and inaccurate. I know it's them because when my order gets repeated it's right, when I look at my receipt it's right. But when I get home missing patties from burgers wrong cheeses WTH carls jr. So advice for everyone, from now on, DONT LEAVE DRIVE THRU BEFORE CHECKING ALL OF YOUR FOOD!!! SCREW THERE DRIVE THRU TIMES!!!
We ordered 2 brkfast sandwiches. It took over 15 min!!! In drive thru!!! Yes 15 min And my biscuits were burnt on my sandwich. And they were cold#1And #2 while were waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting some plain clothed older man comes up to the drive thru window from inside the restaurant pops his head out and asks how were doing today. ????? I mean really who was he this man was not in a carls jr uniform. Then he was trying to get a drink. Meanwhile were waiting waiting and more waiting for my hard burnt cold sausage biscut deluxe sandwich and his cold breakfast burger. We will never go to the 2nd st carls Jr again....terrible service strange service and the wait for cold over priced breakfast was the last straw for this location ..i highly recommended you pass this location up and find another. Two stars one for coming and one for leaving forever!!!!
Seems like they could never get your order right. Try calling them their number is always busy as well. Don't go here anymore made my last trip they screwed up both Burgers, by the time I got home both Burgers ended up in the trash. Place needs management and Direction
I got the California classic combo. Fries were very fresh hot and crispy just how I like them. Burger was hot and good very fresh just smaller than I hoped. I wolfed it down quickly. Next time I'll stick to my usual of the big Carl combo. After I ate my burger I was sitting and enjoying my fries and a homeless woman came inside and walked up to my brother and I while we were eating and asked us if we had any leftover food she could have. I looked at my fries and I had eaten about half of them but I said yeah sure and gave her the rest of my fries. She was polite and thanked me for the little bit of food I had given her and she didn't ask for money afterwards. She left carrying and talking to her plush dinosaur ? there are a lot of homeless people in the area on 2nd street in El Cajon. I didn't mind but it was totally unexpected. I left still feeling hungry. Now I'm home making another lunch

Giving them a 3 today because usually their food is on point. Today that was not the case. Bun was burnt enough that I couldn't bite through it and the burger was like rubber. Fries were good as was the soda. Just the burger was gross
They were awesome there very good customer service food was awesome
Dinning room still not open, disappointed but sat in my car, food still good.I am ready for things to be back to normal.
