They give me my entire order cold!! I Had to drive back to return the food & get my money back but they were closed when I got there & I had to bang on the door to get assistance. Then the manager instructed me to go to the drive through window and give me my refund out of her own pocket cause she has already closed her cash drawer. So that's why the low star rating. It would've been only 1 but that manager was helpful.
Nice place. Staff is always pretty cool. Been here a few times for their special of two Big macs... no, sorry.. two Whoppers for $7. Sadly that deal is no moe guys. :(
The breakfast Burrito is absolutely disgusting. The health Inspector would shut that place down if he saw how its prepared. None of the eggs or potatoes inside were made fresh. The entire burrito was microwaved to bring it to temp. Absolute Failure.
This place is a loss cause. The workers are extremely disrespectful and don’t know how to do there job. Multiple times that I had to repeat myself and they’re responses were extremely disrespectful. Not only that I asked nicely for my food but when I asked for a straw the dude that took my order threw the straw in my vehicle. If I were the manager at that place I would have a full restart on who they hire. The foods super nasty as well and super cold. One more thing is they took forever to give my card back and were super sketchy about giving it back when I asked.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Stale bread, cold patties, cold fries. They took the order but could not hear what we were saying so in order to communicate, we were yelling at the speaker and the order taker kept saying, "what"? After taking the order, we are then informed that it's cash only..... fine. Pulled up to the window. We pay, get the drink and are told to pull forward. We do, guy comes out with the food, practically throw the food at us and then runs back inside. The bag felt cold, food was cold, and the people working g had no customer service at all. Will NEVER go to this one again!
Idk what they said but they got my order right and it was hot and ready and good so I can't complain. Well, their icee machine was down, so that brings them down a star because whats a Whopper without an Icee?? Preposterous is what it is my dear boy.
Yesterday, my husband and I stopped by Burger King on Johnson. We rarely eat at this restaurant, however the breakfast croissant sandwiches are one of my favorites. We arrived slightly before 6 am, (5:47) and googled the hours of operations. They open at six am. We decided to kill a little time and wait. And we wait. And we waited til 6:30 and they never opened the doors. We seen two employees in the building. Money was put in the draws too, but still the door did not get unlocked. Needless to say, we left. I felt upset, angry and of course still hungry. If you do not open at 6 am, please update your hours on line. I'll be happy to suggest an edit for you if you let me know the correct operating hours.
The food here always tastes old. Bread isn't fresh as other burger King i usually visit. Today we were on the same block so we settled for it and as usual bad quality. Eh you get what you pay for here definitely.
Let me start of by saying, no common courtesy! The woman at the drive thru window, was extremely unpleasant! She rushed thru my order and not once asked if we needed anything else, didn't even take the time to repeat my order (which ofcourse she got wrong!!!?) I had to ask for dipping sauces. She charged me wrong and just handed me the food! I had to sit and wait in my car for about 10minutes, till she bothered to approach the window and gave me a look. I told her to Open the window that she had charged me wrong. She proceeded to open the window, took the money and closed the window again! Not once did she apologize ? I guess some people are just never taught manners! This particular place, will never have my business again! ?
Burgers here are Excellent..love them.Employees are Excellent. Highly recommended. Yes Sr..
