The clerks can't take credit for the ice cream being good since they don't make it themselves. It's BR of course it's good. But if you want a milkshake in a flavor you haven't tried yet, you don't want to make a shake and end up not liking it. So you ask for a taster to help you decide and are RUDELY told they don't do samples. I had already ordered a cone obviously I wasn't there to graze. La Mesa operates like a real BR. I'll stick to their store.

The ice cream was very rich and flavorful. I enjoyed the one that was Raspberry and white chocolate. Two scoops, a waffle cone and a cup of water turns into a great dessert and a for sure sugar rush. The prices are high but the product is good.

The owner is whack. Please change management. Everyone else for most part is good. I know good customer service when I see it. I’ll go to the one in fletcher way better
