The ads got me. I caved for the new Waigu burger. 7pm not really dinner rush, ordering was fast and great. After order it took 15 minutes to clear the 1 car in front of me the whole time circled by homeless. After I got to the window the took my payment provided a receipt then was about to hand me some one else's order. I confirmed what I ordered and the worker left. 5 minutes later another kid came up and was about to hand me the same wrong order. I again confirmed the order a few minutes later I got my correct food. That waigu burger was sloppy and rushed for a 20 minute process.
I had the fish sandwiches it was delicious although it was supposed to be a jalapeno fish sandwich and it wasn't even hot

Great customer service. Great 2 for 6 deal and tasty fish sandwich and chicken nuggets. Better than the most popular chain.

The drive through microphone was loud and clear. The drive through employee was very nice and helpful. I received my food quickly, correctly and nice and hot.
They ran out of Arby's sauce at 1:20p.m.? Sigh got home opened the sandwich and no cheese either! What is a beef and cheddar without the cheddar?

Good food. Speaker is either broken or they just can't find anyone who can speak clearly and loud. Whatever sauce you want triple it because you will get shorted every time.
