This was a terrific food and service experience. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Never rushed, polite service. The Chicken, Shrimp and pasta were flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It makes me hungry just thinking about our meal! Definitely Give Star rating.Richard and Terry
I am never one to come here and put in bad reviews but I had to today. I would tell you the waiters name but I never got that. Came up to our table and asked what we wanted to drink and that was it. When I ordered, he just walked away. Then when they come to drop off food to your table they damn near slam it down and walk off. When I tell you our waiter and experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had at any “restaurant” I’ve been too.I understand people deal with things and may be having a bad day but there is no reason to take that out on the people you serve.
Food was typical Applebee's food, my problem was the wait. I waited 20mn to be seated when I was told 5mn. It took another 20mn b4 I got to put in my order, another 30mn b4 I received my food then another 20mn to get my bill. The waitress said they had her learning how to bartend at the same time and apologized, but by then my nerves were bad lol
I thought the pace of service was a mix; I got my own malt vinegar and hot sauce from the kitchen; although, shortly after returning to table waiter came with the hot sauce. The food and cocktails were pretty good. We did not have to wait too long for seating. Server mixed up delivered order but I was able to quickly and easily swap as food plates were being placed on the table. I was happy to find this place open on Easter Sunday.
On a honeymoon trip to visit my wife's daughter we dined there! Wonderful meal, wait staff, ambience. Will positively go back!
The food was delicious. I had the French dip sandwich and fries, hubby had the ribblet plate and a blended margarita (amazing) our server was nice as well.
Just took to my son to eat last Friday. Wasn't even busy food was and is always great. Prices are good. Staff very very nice and always helpful.
Had a great time. Came on a Sunday at noon and it wasn't too busy. Our waitress, can't remember her name, was great. She was very friendly to our kids and made them feel comfortable, as we haven't been to restaurants in a long time. Food took a little longer than we would've liked. But it was all correct and tasted good.
The food and the service was the worst I have ever experienced hands down. From no one greeting us for ten minutes then telling us it’s a 15 minute wait while empty then taking it back and seating us. I understand servers can only take a few tables at a time but it was basically empty in there. Then another 30 minutes asking three different waiters if we could order just to be blatantly ignored. The food I already knew wasn’t great but this time it was even worse.
They need to have the big crowds of people who come to eat on a side somewhere they are by themselves more privacy.. I Had a headache and had a crowd of 8 next to us loud and annoying and frustrating..but waitress was awesome ?..won't come back to this Applebee's again
