The food was good and the dining area was quiet.Also the staff was welcoming and polite.
I got the ranchero burrito. Don’t expect quality food and good customer service.
Normally I just make a mental note and stay away, however this time I thought other individuals should be made aware of my final visit to Tios Eastvale (Mira Loma)On my way home we tried to call in an order for pick-up. After trying 3-times, being blamed for poor connectivity and not speaking loud enough, we thought to just stop by because they had to be swamped which would be why they could not hear us and were so rude over the phone. Upon arrival on a Tuesday night (Taco Tuesday), there was one small family of three. Well, let's just say, we were not surprised when we continued to receive attitude from the front staff and "supervisor" on duty. Sorry friends no good, but Rancho Cucamonga and Alta Loma locations for 30 years have been absolutely amazing!
Giving four stars because they used to give a basket of chips for free when dining in but now they're charging claiming there's a chip shortage.
This place is not worth a second thought. The food was practically flavorless. The guacamole tasted like it was pure salt. (No I don’t have any issues tasting) but I do know how to cook and could of made better at home. On top of all this I found a long black hair mixed into my beans, which already tasted super watered down. The salsas were just as lack luster. I was very disappointed with this place. I came because the reviews seemed decent and had to let others know this location does not live up to the reviews. Please do not waste your money on this. Taco Bell would be better.. seriously.
I love Tios, especially the one in rancho. I’ve never had a bad experience with the Rancho location. Due to this location being closer to me I frequent it about 2-4 times a month. I have noticed that they start to close off part of the dining room around 8pm which is understandable as they close at 9pm. Most recently I placed an online order at 8:15pm due to not wanting to come inside and eat so close to closing. When I arrived at 8:30pm for my paid for food, the gal cleaning informs me that they are closed and the sign on the door also stated that. I told her I had an online order and she looked confused. She then proceeded to tell me that they’ve already closed, my online order though paid for wasn’t taken and wouldn’t be taken due to closing early. The kitchen was still open making food, as there was a man waiting for his food (to go) at a table. I was shocked at how I was never called to inform me that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled or even given an option to fulfill it then only being told they closed early. I have never seen a restaurant consistently close early, when they have stated different operating hours. I wish management would change their hours since they clearly haven’t been following them. I really wished this experience didn’t happen as I love the food, and haven’t had any issue besides this.
They gave me a sour cream burrito with carne asada and more sour cream...it was terrible!
First timers and we will definitely be back to try more food. The hubs got a carne asada burrito and I got the taco plate. Chips were light and crunchy and the salsa bar was full of variety ? Tell them Kleinpell Team Realty sent you!
