The restaurant advertises hours open until 10pm. It’s a Saturday evening 6pm, DINNER TIME IN AMERICA, and they close! We are told we can only order to go since we made it in the doors before they locked them. While sitting waiting for our food, 7 separate customers and counting try to get in TO ORDER DINNER!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen! I know it’s a holiday weekend, but it’s JULY 2, calm down and serve your community! Very disappointed in the owners of this establishment for allowing this nonsense.
First time here! I wished I tried this place sooner. My family and I has the cheeseburgers, fries, and chicken bits. It was good. Looking forward to trying more things.
3 out of 4 combos we purchased were wrong. That was unfortunate. I waited so long for my order to get fixed everyone in my party was finished before I got my food for $50 and dining in for these issues I'm not sure I'll be back.
Food is great. Customer service is on point. But every time I've visited this location I've had to be very careful how I've walked inside. The floor is always coated with a very slippery substance. Looks like grease honestly. Great way to pay out thousands in a law suit though.
I hadn’t been to habit burger for about a year since my recent visit on Nov 24, 2021. Ordering my food I got a chicken sandwich combo it was 13-14 dollars my wife got a char combo with fries and a drink my combo I chose onion rings instead of fries. Once the food came it was very disappointing in the last year the portion had shrunk to almost half.. plus the fries were burnt the chicken sandwich and burger were tiny.. I told my wife that we should of just gone to farmer boys and that this would be our last time at habit burger.. so goodbye habit burger….
Average experience overall. Burgers are usual great. Fries always seem to be soggy even when I request extra crispy. Staff is the only positive constant.
The onion rings were good and I liked the cleanliness of this place.
Excellent place to grab and enjoy a burger, pretty standard and simple which keeps it quick on the delivery and no confusion waiting to order, onion rings are always an excellent add-on
Food is always on point at this location. My only concern is that there's this really shy female on staff that doesn't really say or do anything you ask. I was picking up an order that was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived at the restaurant. I asked the female about my order, she looked and gestured for me to wait. I waited 20 minutes until another female who I assumed is the manager asked me if I was waiting for an order. I told her my order and apparently it's been waiting on the shelf the entire time ? the manager apologized, but honestly this isn't my first encounter with the shy female.
