Takes way too long to get your food. We ordered online ahead. I went to pick up took about 10 minutes. When I got there to pick up I was informed my burrito and bowl would be ready in another 25 minutes. The place is empty except for one family dining in. A couple walked in to order and I overheard the person taking their order. The first thing out of her mouth was it going to be about 25 minutes. They hadn’t even ordered yet. I don’t know about you but I think this is rediculous. I will probably think twice before ordering from here again.
I always go here when I want some Mexican Food for not a lot of money. Very clean, fast and friendly service. I placed an order for pick up and didn't check my food until I got home, when I opened my food it was the wrong meal so I immediately called and told them they gave me the wrong meal. And the lady she apologized and took my name and number down and told me the next time I come she would give me two free meals. So a week later I called and asked for her and she had the day off. So I explained to the other lady what happened and she believed me and I got my two free meals.. Their Super Nachos are the BOMB and their Carne Asada Tacos and Carne Asada Burrito(Wet or Dry).

Ordered they Ubereats soda had no ice, arrived warm, burrito order was all weird beans and guacamole were outside the food, andit was just bad

I was dining in when an altercation broke out. The owner of the restaurant was yelling obscenities at an employee and causing a scene in front of his customers. Very unprofessional and it shows that he doesn’t value or respect his employees. They also never open on time. The cashier is rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Any business owner who treats his/her employees in this manner and humiliates them in front of his customers, will never get my hard earned dollar.
This is my 3rd time eating at The Asada Grill and I LOVE IT! The entire staff has been nothing but amazing to me as well. One of the owners Lucero is a very nice woman and makes sure your food is made with care. Their portions and QUALITY of the food are so much better than any of the other local mexican restaurants that I’ve been to. The quality of their meats, produce, salsas and everything else is THE BEST. And the prices are extremely fair. Thank you guys for another awesome dinner! For the price, quality, and location it couldn’t be better! ?
