Very disappointed. Came to buy something to eat and it turns out they are closed for the night, at 1:34 am on 6/20/22. The restaurant had to employees just hanging around inside, he came to the door and said they had closed for the night. When I asked why I got a blank look and a I'm sorry. Didn't even say if they were going to reopen or anything. Walk back to the counter and started chatting with the other guy that was sitting on the counter just chilling.
Horrible. Packaging for tacos were falling apart, specifically asked for NO lettuce but all tacos had lettuce. Asked for hot sauce but was given literally one packet. Asked for a chicken chalupa and it wasn't given to me and I'd only known when I got home so I didn't bother going back to correct the mistakes. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Very disappointed in all our recent visits. The drive thru has been taking over 45 mins due to inside being shut down and when you get to the window you're being rushed through. Our last 3 visits have been sloppy bags missing stuff. My daughter has food aversions and one of her favorite meals is the nachos so we are here several times a week but we'll definitely be making the drive to norco now.
When I was much younger, Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos were a goto for my young wife and me on a tight budget. They used to be packed with beans, plenty of red sauce, and fresh onions. I recently decided to try one and relive those memories. I wish I hadn't. The burrito was awful! Really small, hardly any beans, sauce, or onions. It was mostly tortilla. What a bust! And the crazy thing is that it cost $1.79!!!Not to self: Leave Taco Bell in the past! Life is too short to eat high cost, terrible food.
Worst Taco Bell I've experienced. Food is never put together right and is falling apart. Tastes old and reheated. Drive thru takes ages even though they aren't busy. Bleh
Food was hot and good,iam very impressed with this Taco Bell in Eastvale, however, they need to keep soap in the women's bathroom.
When I came home and took out my order out of the bad. I saw this drawn on the wrapping. My order was a drive thru order. This is not okay! I didn’t even eat it.
Drive thru moved very fast. Order was perfect.
I went through the drive thru and the employees were doing nothing and some were laying down as of they were at home. Man over the speaker told me that they were not taking orders at the moment. Horrible customer service and absolutely terrible restaurant.
This place is just miserable. They're constantly out of basic things like cups, they can't seem to get even simple orders right and they don't appear to care. Sign posted says they're hiring for every management spot and it shows. Honestly do yourself a favor and just keep on driving unless you enjoy incorrect orders and getting overcharged.
