Bad customer service by a short, with a little over-weight, lady. I love StarBucks, please pay attention on how we are treated in this specific StarBucks. StarBucks are great wherever we go except this one.

Cool Starbucks, but lately they’ve been messing up my order a lot. Once, or twice is cool, we all make mistakes, but virtually every time. It gets annoying. However, in terms of diversity and feeling welcomed, this Starbucks is so much better than anyone of the ones around here.
Spent 20 minutes in line to with only 2 cars in front of me. I was late for work because of it and I only work 1 minute for this place
Your customers should not have to wait for a dog to finish performing tricks and spins at the serving counter...One customer had to tell the dog owner to move his dog so that she could pickup her order. That's just ridiculous! Dogs bite, Dogs do not belong near peoples food and the dog had a bad odor. The moment the dog owner started performing tricks and spins, someone should've said something and politely tell the selfish dog owner to move that dog so others can pickup. I will not order from this Starbucks again.
