One of the worst local Starbucks by my area. Ordered a ice Frappuccino and basically got a cold brew coffee that taste like it’s just got poured in half of milk jug in it. Disgusting. I asked them if they know how to make a real frap and they swore up and down it’s what I ordered. Then the guy that took the order looking at me like he wants to fight. Little that he knows I’m a vet. I never told him that. The disrespect went through the roof. If they do these things to a vet what will they do to a non vet ? I asked for the manager then with no hesitation he made me a new real tasting Frappuccino that I wanted and he had to apologize for his crew behavior on his behalf. A complete waste of time being on the line. Customer service is the most important aspect of food service and beverage business. We decided that it’s best we go to the Starbucks across the street from them. Never had a problem with them not even once.
waiting time at drive-through was beyond reasonable time. Customer service wasn’t the greatest either. Employee didn’t show empathy for this long waiting at all. I was there at 12:07 and in line for about 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead.
I'm a worker here and I just want the customers to know Starbucks has complete disregard for COVID! We were just notified that a coworker tested positive for COVID, however those of us who are vaccinated are not allowed to quarantine, and if we decide to we get no quarantine pay. Now we the workers are left with the decision to either quarantine with no pay and short staff our peers, or come in and potentially infect those we work with as well as you the customer. This has been happening on and off throughout the duration of COVID! Please keep this in mind when shopping here!

Then i waiting my order for 25 minutes. No coffee,no one call me. I find them. the woman just dance with a guy. The woman ignore customer.Need manager to manage. waiting too long time. no responsible at all
Every time I come here I have always had great service, but about two weeks ago I had a very special experience. I stayed for quite a while and used the restrooms (which were clean), and my drinks were great. A stranger began talking to me and asking for my personal information, and as a woman this generally makes me quite uncomfortable even if intentions are good. Two separate baristas at different times made an effort to ask me if I was okay, and I knew exactly what they meant. Because the conversation was dying down, nothing truly threatening had occurred, and partly out of fear of retaliation by the stranger I let both of the baristas know I was okay, but it meant the world to me that two employees who could have left me alone stepped up and made me feel incredibly safe. I have so much respect and appreciation for them, and although I couldn't tip or thank them in the moment, a review properly reflecting my experience was the least I could do. THANK YOU!

This Starbucks is the best in eastvale!!!! They always make the drinks perfectly and all the baristas are so sweet and kind. The drink I get is very easily made wrong at other locations around here but this store is so consistent I will go out of my way to get it from them.
