It is a good place to eat a Mexican food, the price is ok, and the flavor is great. Before make an order make sure if they have any promotion for the day, I saw when I was in the table waiting for my order.

Arbitrary hours of closing at 5pm during week. Can only eat here if you don’t have a job that works 9-5.Why not just be open from 12p-2p since that’s going to be your only busy periods.I guess people on Wednesday and Thursday’s don’t get to really eat here.
Went here yesterday and ordered 2 original fish tacos and 1 classic chicken taco. Guac and chips. The shells were kinda hard and i dont kn ow something not right with them awfully thick for my liking. My order came to 18 dollars .Wow. Lol .. Del taco has way better fish tacos and Guac and chips for a fraction of the price. The classic taco was just ok kinda tasty but nothing memorable. Would I eat here again... no. I like Del taco better.
Walked inside asked for my order. Girl said it will be out in a minute. They saw me sitting down waiting for my order. 30 minutes later I asked again, and they said yeah we placed it on the order to go slot. Next, time give it to the person if they are there waiting inside or let them know when the order is ready, we will place it on the order to go slot.

Love Rubios. I used to order from this location at least 3 times a week until recently In the last month or so, they are always closed for dinner. Recently every time I go to order food from them they're closed or not accepting orders via the app at either lunch time or around 5pm or 6! I dont try to order food at crazy hours. These are normal lunch and dinner hours. It's extremely disappointing.Every time I go to order lunch or dinner now, they're not accepting orders. It's Friday 9/3 at 1pm, lunch time, and I can't place an order. My guess is they are closed.Whoever is running this place has no business running a business. My career is in business operations and just from an operational standpoint, I give it a couple months before it shuts down permanently.This is coming from a loyal customer that never leaves reviews. I'm really disappointed. This is no way to run a business, especially in the FOOD industry. The hours are shorter than normal office hours which are 9-5. Their hours are 10-5? This is mind boggling and unbelievable!This location is literally hanging by a thread and It's too bad. I love their food and want it so badly to succeed. I wish they could get things together, but they're a sinking ship.
Can't give 5 stars for the great food they serve, with healthy options, priced right, because this will be the 3rd time in a week I've wanted Rubios, and seems their new hours are interfering with 5 stars! ;)But seriously, your new hours are baaad... it is 6pm on a Monday, and you're closed again!Not a great way to make money, and certainly not a great way to get a 5 star review.Please fix your hours... Many of us get off work at 5pm, and an hour isn't enough time to get home, then get the families order before you close at 6pm.That's all.
Ok food. Incompetent staff and management.They charged my card and duplicate charge popped up on their screen. I just paid cash and they said the charge is not gonna go through.5 minutes later I get a notification that my card was charged and I showed it to them, but the manager/owner (asian lady) didn't want to even look at my phone but kept shouting from the back of the kitchen "it didn't go through, it didn't go through" as if the card didn't go through and not the transaction that I paid twice for.I didn't want to make a scene for a few bucks so I just told them to keep it and left.Definitely don't recommend coming here unless besides of chinese food you are looking to for chinese attitude.
