Weekend staff is incredibly rude & aloof. When we walked in they were both in the back. Nobody was at the counter at all. When they finally came to the front they acted like us being there inconvenienced them. Any questions we had were met with eye rolls & short, curt answers. When my wife wanted to see if she had any rewards on their loyalty program, they didn't even look & just said no.Bottom line, the yogurt is good but the customer service at this location is severely lacking.
I am not a great fan of yogurt icecream but when I stopped by this Pinkberry store located in Eastvale Gateaway Mall, I found it amazing with fantastic flavors and tempting toppings. Their fresh fruit topping bar was mouthwatering. I loved their choco crunch topping on my yogurt. Also their coconut pineapple icecream is delicious too along with different yogurt flavors. Grishma was kind enough to give me a taster for my yogurt to try it. Unlike the previous reviews, the place was clean and tidy and not messy at all. The employees were greeting and soft spoken and helping with yogurt selection of your choice and topping suggestion accordingly for ultimaste taste. The outdoor seating area is also quite picturesque. I am sure that everyone will have great time there!!! This store is far better than the store near my place.
I love this place there is a white kid very nice and kind ,he is a true example of how to treat costumers.

It is a shame that they are not requiring the use of face mask inside the store because it is a place frequently by a lot of children. Totally disrespectful and disappointing of pinkberry.
