The signs says craft pizza wings and beer . Well no beer or wine didn't see wings on the menu . I asked the young lady why you still had the sign beer and why up. She said the person that needed to take it down hadn't come around. Really. I tried to support my community but I will not return here again. Time to go try Blaze pizza or Mod pizza
The food itself was delicious, but sadly the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited 5 minutes to be serviced, then the worker dropped my pizza and it had to be remade. The person at the baking station was so quiet we didn't know when our pizza was ready and had to constantly look over and keep watch. The soda machine went flat and the machine was not refilled until we finished our meal, so my boyfriend had a flat soda with his pizza. The pace of the store was slow and lazy, with the workers standing around and being unmotivated to be efficient with their time. Another man left while we were waiting on our pizza because he had not been serviced after 15 minutes. We will not be coming back again.
Very Very slooooooowwwwwww. Pizza was good with lots of toppings though.
Although fresh ingredients, definitely not worth the price.
Cant go wrong with this place. The topping selection is pretty good.
I have given this pieology location several tries because they are so close to me, but they seem to be getting worse with every visit. I understand that times are tough and most, if not all establishments are short staffed. Knowing this, I am incredibly patient and understanding with everyone who is dealing with this situation.I figured I would place an order online and give them plenty of time to make one pizza. I was given an estimated pick up time of 9:30, so I walked in at 9:30 expecting to wait a few minutes, I wasn't in in a rush. When I walked in, they had just started making my pizza, mind you, there were no other customers in the store and there didn't seem to be anyone in the store before me. Didn't let it bother me, as I wasn't in a hurry. 15 minutes later, my pizza was taken out of the oven and it was obvious that the young lady was struggling with it for some reason. I looked over the counter and the bottom of the pizza was stuck to the parchment paper it was cooked on. In her efforts to remove the stuck paper, all of the toppings were sliding off of the pizza and the paper was coming off in pieces, so it didn't look like there was a chance that it was all coming off. After discussing this, I asked her to remake the pizza, which she agreed to do.The next pizza went into the oven, this time without the paper. Now when she tried to take the pizza out, it began falling apart as she was trying to take it out of the oven. By this time I had been there for over 30 minutes. Turns out because I ordered it online, I couldn't be issued a refund. So I decided to walk out with 90% of a pizza. That for reasons I don't understand, was extra sliced up into very small pieces. (will post a picture of this mess)Something is usually better than nothing, but just barely in this case.
They must close at 9:30, but I arrived at 8:53 and the girl who has piercings on her nose said we are closed !
Besides it not being hot, I thought it was pretty good. Different, thats for sure lol. Cinnamon roll dessert was amazing.
The food quality is bad, unlike other Pieologys’ nearby, and unfriendly staff that never make the pizza right. They need to know that more does not mean better. I visited the place multiple times because it’s the closest but I’m never coming back. I will drive to the one in Norco instead.
The 2 girls who were working were so nice and helpful. Pizza was made as I wanted and came out great.
