How does a place that specializes in bagels always not have bagels. Obviously they are not looking day to day to understand what they need to prepare for the day. I suggest new management because obviously they do not know what they are doing here. It really is sad because my kids love to get bagels but always disappointed because they can't get them when we come.

I came in yesterday to get the strawberry poppyseed salad. No strawberries so no salad. Why not make a grocery run strawberries are in season right now. Tonight I wanted soup. It was 8:30 I did the drive thru. I love the vegetable soup. I ordered s bowl got a cup! Of old burnt dark vegetable soup. Looks like it has been on the stove since 6am! Not going back for awhile. At least to this Panera in my neighborhood.

Ever since I have moved out here from Orange County to the inland Empire I have had to lower my standards for good customer service tonight being one of the situations. A place in online order for a quick dinner since my son had practice until 9 PM my order consisted of 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese simple right. I go pick up the order and get all the way home only to find that they gave me 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. So now my son does not have dinner and he has to wait for me to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct soup.You would think that the manager on duty would be willing to rectify the situation for my find situation for my inconvenience not the case at all. I asked him to refund my money and give me the correct soup he told me that he would not be able to do that he can only do one or the other. It wad 9:30pm why could you not give my meal for free you are closing in 30mins. I and am tried of just accepting this poor customer service and I definitely will not be visiting this location again. Do better Panera.!
Gave me no chicken on my salad and the tiniest amount of dressing, unbelievable. Would give zero stars if possible.
For a 13 dollars Cobb goddess salad where the hell is the meat ? Barely could find the bacon! Very disappointing, I don’t mind paying money for good food but I feel they need to step up their game ! Not worth the money!

I have never had such a bad experience at Panera as I did tonight, I ordered 3 bowls of chicken noodle soup and all they put in the bowls was broth I asked for more noodles and chicken they refused. Asked for money back and employee’s laughing. I will never come back to the Panera in eastvale again and will be making a complaint to corporate, it’s said that this is the service that we are given here in Eastvale
