Beware of this location! If u order through Grubhub and your in the Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma areas don't even bother ordering McDonald's cause most likely pickup location will be at this location. They are the worst of the worst! The night time manager must have some sorta hate for Grubhub cause when drivers like myself go to pickup an order here at its late at night, of course the inside dinning is closed so we have to go to the drive thru. The manager tells us Grubhub drivers that we are only taking ubereats and doordash only. No Grubhub! He says it in a rude way as well. I have picked up from other locations and this location is the only one that I am having issues with picking up orders late at night. Will be rejecting every order I get from this location for now on and also boycotting as well. The customer service here sucks! I would avoid this location at all costs! Other locations, never have given me this much trouble!
My daughter & I visited this location yesterday May 24th. We went through the drive-thru & driving halfways home I realized the Happy Meal didn't have the Disney toy. My daughter said to call them I chuckled & did it anyways expecting a recording to answer. I was WRONG the young boy who I believe is KS#13 was so understanding & kind hearted. Not only did he give me the toy it was missing but a refund because he said he understood how expensive gas is & turning around was another 10 min. He also gave us 2 meal cards. He was beyond generous. He said he valued our business. This young man is an example of a Great worker. He's definitely a Great asset to McDonald's. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Order in the app and park. Curbside delivery is faster than the drive thru or going in. The fries are always extra hot. I will never order any other way.
This mcdonalds recently was remodeled but they removed their self service service soda machine which makes getting a refill inconvenient. Order took a long time to be placed and to be received. Food tasted good when it finally arrived.
So excited for 2 for &6!!! Ordered 2 filet o fish and broke my heart. Pulled out a tooth trying to bite through the RUBBER bun!!!!!!! REALLY!! How much are you going to save with, whatever changes you’ve made now??? The foods always seemed toxic … but delicious. Now it’s just inedible!!!!! You lost me.
Hit or miss as far as getting your order correct. Be sure they read it back to you to make sure they have everything right. Because they probably don't.
They always get my food wrong. They dont serve people based income. If you look homeless they wont serve you. They have money to pay, they are not asking for free stuff. Just a shame of an establishment.
Consistency isn't great, but it's better than some other McDonalds I've been to. And if you go to one of these, you know what you're in for. Fast and effective, not necessarily top quality, but it still hurts the spot when you're in the mood for it.One downer is that people typically block the parking in front of here when they live up for the drive-thru, so if you want to pick up an order or go in to order, you may have to deal with a bunch of obnoxious people forcing you to park further away.
Would give 0 stars. Placed a mobile order so I can't review the corporate way. Clearly nobody can read NO PICKLE in the kitchen. Got no ketchup or mustard and 11 pickles on each burger that said no pickle. Also no straw was given.
It was a great experience. The fries were crispy and the saltiness lingered on my tongue. The tangy BBQ sauce complimented the meal and it comforted me in a way I can’t describe. This meal moved me and catapulted my night into something unforgettable, don’t miss out on the sweet ‘n sour.
