Horrible service I ordered extra most besties cheese crazy style. When I got home it wasn't crazy style so I had to go all the way back to the store since they didn't answer their phones now I get why.... so I ge there and instead of making my pizza correctly and fresh again the just add what they missed to my original pizza like it was nothing. I don't even live near this one.... all they did was give me some cold crazy bread as of that was enough... Don't they get Gas isn't cheap for family to not get what they ordered!!! Then to have to go back and now have to to eat a sloppy pizza... Dam.
They don't answer the phone. Been holding for 32 minutes and 56 seconds. The gave only 2 pizzas fir my order if $38.47. They were short 2 pizzas and 3 crazy breads, one stuffed, one classic, abd one with sauce. Placed order via app at 6:32 pm abd finally got my right order at 8:12 pm. Never again. No orders for me at the Limonite Avenue location in Eastvale, CA!!!
pizza was well done it was great but just the vibes of the cashiers is rude didn't give me my order correctly I was picking up a company order I asked the cashier was that it she said yes instead of looking at her screen she was so caught up singing her banda MS music she had playing so I had to drive back to get drinks and then the other young lady was like just so u know u can grab the drinks urself for future reference okay but the point was u where supposed to tell me I didn't know I can just grab my drinks and walk out again that goes back to customer service.. ruined my day because now the workers had to wait for there drinks and I had to drive back as if gas is Effen cheap time is everything and u made me waste time because cashier was just in her own world
By far the worst service. Staff is rude . They don’t answer the phone and when you go inside they act like your not standing there . Everyone was in the back talking and playing around . Food all over the place and staff making jokes about they don’t care who you call because theirs no one you can talk to . It’s sad the staff knows it’s no one to complain to so they don’t care . When someone gets sick or hurt in this place I hop the Owen has the heart to show up and face their customers . This is just sad . No oneCares what’s going on here . Look at the reviews

Pizza uncooked, management rude. And the employee just don't care much about this store. Store always closing early, they never have any hot and ready. I was told this was a corporate store, if that's the case am very surprised that no one's from higher has done anything about this place. This store basically is trash.
