Great service but as a customer if you’re buying the Zone protein shake! You’re not getting the 32g of protein it claims. I notice the employee used a measuring cup like a table spoon when scooping the protein into the shaker. I asked him to show me the package of protein they use and it says 24g per scoop, now the scoop in the protein bag was the big regular one you see every where else which I’m sure is the recommended serving to get the 32g of protein. The one they use is about 1/5 of the normal size scoop. Meaning you’re really getting a 8g protein shake for 9$. Also they’re very wasteful, they topically make a full shaker of the shake, easily they can get 2 shakes out of it. So in this case what exactly are you getting of the protein you’re paying for? 5g?Plz address this.. peanut butter and yogurt does not add up to 32gThank you
The smoothie was delicious and everything but you guys need to be watchful with what fall into the blender/cups. I took my lid off and drank by the cup and found a quarter in long piece of sharp plastic in my smoothie
I don’t understand why people are leaving negative reviews. We don’t claim those ppl as customers? This smoothie shop is the love of my life. I pass by it on my way to work and I always stop by. My whole paycheck goes to Juice It Up. The workers are so kind and they are the reason I am still here today. Thank you Juice It Up employees and company for all that you do❤️
So disappointed!!! I walked in right before 8pm not knowing they were about to be closing. As I’m looking at the menu the lady at the front said I’m sorry if you wanted to order your order needs to be placed before 8 I look at my phone to check the time and it has just turned 8pm. Really! I felt as she was kicking me out without even ordering. I decided to take my business else where. Super rude and not the way you should treat customers.
Poor and awful experience at this place…I ordered my favorite drinks as usual but final result a disaster…Ice and sugar…Not worth it. Please do not stop at this place. First and last visit.Favorite store Riverside plaza 5 star.
The only staff member there was on it and made 4 drinks at once. Everyone seemed happy with the results and he was hustling!

I recently came here to order a blueberry lemon drop smoothie and it’s on the secret menu and the 3 ladies that were their just didn’t want to make an effort to make it because they supposedly didn’t know how to so I told them a location in Moreno Valley and showed them their address and phone number so they can call and ask them and yet after ME Putin the effort in helping them they Refused to help me
There was a hair in my smoothie, wouldn’t go again.
This place is great, I noticed the lady that’s probably the owner never washed her hands after handling people’s money.
