I love fire wings but this one was horrible. I received the message in my app that my order was ready, after arriving 15 mins later, my order wasn't ready. The wings were hardly seasoned, and they were slimy. I can't finish them because some aren't cooked thoroughly. I'm very disappointed. I'll stick to my fire wings in San Bernardino because this one was ridiculously disgusting.
Customer service was terrible. Guy at the counter was not paying any attention to customers. Ordered online, was supposed to be ready on 30-40 mins. Took a hour and 20 mins to get my food and half of it was cold.Been here a few times and never had a problem before. As good as the food can be, the customer service and communication are beyond bad.
My friend and I had a chance to try this new local place. We ended up getting the 10 piece bone-in for around $13. First pieces we tried had a foul smell to the chicken. Went up to the cashier to let them know and were just told “Its fresh”. Ended up leaving the whole order there and left. We go to any food service place to be treated well and make sure food quality is top priority. We didn’t receive that here today.
So the first time I had a really good experience but the second time I called ahead and came to pick up and waiting another 40 min. What’s the point of calling ahead if I still have to wait?People that were dining in we’re getting served quickly and it wasn’t even busy.
Very understaffed. Took like 25 min for my order to be fulfilled. If your looking for food in a rush, I would recommend going to Wingstop instead
Walked in around 1230 and saw no one around the front desk, so I ordered from the kiosk. 10 piece boneless and side of mozzarella sticks. I tipped well, pick the 18 or 20%.After a short wait I get told that they have no mozzarella sticks, and asked if I'd like to pick a different side. I see the mini meal of 2 tenders is $1 more, I asked if I could get 2 tenders only, no fry or drink. Nothing else on the menu I'd like. They can issue a refund. Refund for the mozzarella sticks. I just tipped really damn well for my bad experience. I hope these wings are good. Nope, luke warm at best.
I gave this place a try after my daughter told me she had stopped in there a few weeks earlier with her husband and my 3 grand kids and said that the food was awesome. My husband and I ordered the boneless wings with the original buffalo and the Cali rub along with chili cheese fries. Everything was so delicious that we decided to order three other flavors: Thai Chili, jamaican jerk, and more original buffalo and garlic fries, to take home. This place is now our number one stop for chicken wings. Absolutely fabulous.
The cashier asked me “would u like seasoned fries” and I said yes thinking I’d get them but when I got my order they were regular unseasoned fries and I told her “I asked for seasoned fries” and she said “we don’t have seasoning” bruhh if u don’t got seasoning why would u ask me in the first place. Maybe she was in robot mode and went by the script? long story short just don’t
Just finished my meal here and ot was amazing! Better than Wing Stop. I don't have an upset stomach from it and it keeps you full without it hurting unlike their competitor across the street. They had my favorite beer on tap and they keep their pint glasses frosty and cold. Their Saigon Street wings are delicious and authentic accordimg to my Vietnamese SO. Definitely making a comeback!
The worst food and service ever. Not only did they make us wait 40 mins and never worked on our order, when we asked them about it and mentioned that we have been waiting for our food since forever the person making our food pretty much burnt the chicken and the buns. The sandwich didn’t have any of the ingredients that the menu claimed it to contain. There was no tomatoes, pickles, coleslaw etc. all I got was tender dipped in Buffalo sauce even though I asked for an original sandwich and my bf asked for Buffalo sauce, lettuce and some mayo. The fries were trash as well. The employees are rude and unmotivated to work. The way we got handed our food with “ here you go “ like he hates his life, I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. Not only the eastvale location but the brea location experience was similar. I think we deserve to be treated better for the money we pay. Might as well take our business elsewhere than feel like our night was ruined.
