Ordered a burrito from here thur grub hub, got here everything seemed fine till I noticed there was a some sort of bottle cap or something inside the burrito! Super disgusting almost choked these people really need to pay attention to what there doing and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone, anyone trying to go to pollo loco from now on? Go to another one cause this one clearly ain’t have their stuff together
Found what looks like public hair in my food!!! and when I called to tell them I was told there was no way this could happen and even hung up on me. This is disgusting
If I could leave a negative amount of stars, I would!I have never been so appalled by an El Pollo Loco like I was with this one today.First... this retired Veteran in his 80's came here on his SCOOTER! He was SUCH a nice gentleman!But... Because he walked into the dining area... they REFUSED to serve him and told him he had to go through the Drive-thru!ON A SCOOTER!?!? REALLY? WOW! ?I finally had to raise my voice and tell them to PLEASE help this kind Veteran that served and protected our country proudly!They finally did!We ended up not eating here because the bathroom was so foul and disgusting (See pictures) that I thought to myself... If this is the way they keep their bathrooms, how do they keep the appliances that cook my food?This whole place was the biggest letdown ever.I have been eating at El Pollo Loco's for over 20 years, and I've never seen one so disgusting in my life. Not only with their cleanliness, but also the way they treated their patrons.I will never be back to this location again.Shame on the manager!
Rude service!!! When I asked for salsa, the manager stated I should have some at home referring because I am Mexican. She stated salsa was for mobile orders because they were more important that Walk in customers. All staff is very rude. Soda machine was dirty and counters sticky. Could not find a clean table and place smelled like urine. No paper or soap in restroom. Employees not washing hands. Gross!
I decided after 2 years to give this place another try. The owner really needs to do something about the service in this location. Why does it take an hour to order and get your food in the DRIVE THRU?! My lord does the owner check the reviews? The kid at the window just tells you how much u owe. Shouldn’t you verify the order? Handed the food out after 20 min sitting there no lie. The person in front of me peeled off out of the parking lot and you could still hear him down the street. No doubt upset About the wait. I didn’t complain as don’t think it’s the kids fault I assume they are understaffed and continue to get yelled at and the manager or owner does not care. This is last time I’m coming. By Felicia!! This place is always slow. Usually taking roughly 25 minutes to get through the drive through with 6 cars ahead, this time it took 50 minutes. The chicken in the burritos is always burnt and hard. I've never had this experience at other locations. I'm not sure if people are placing very large orders, what is handed through he window seems average. Maybe they could suggest have people pull forward into an parking spot if the order is large. I don't know but after this last attempt I won't be going back.
The last time I went the chicken was over cooked, tortillas stale, and the brocoli was more on the colder side. The 3 stars were more for the yummy church's and mac n cheese as well. The foods usually good but sure its cause of the pandemic. Ill try it again
dirtiest and most unorganized place i’ve ever been to. there was no ice, no utensils, “no thighs or legs”, and the restrooms were super dirty and disgusting. they told me there were no more thighs and legs after I had placed my order and than the manager gave me the most burnt chicken i’ve ever seen. she was rude to, denying my refund because “‘my order was ready”. they are in desperate need of help!
The food is decent still but the drive through is waaaay too long. It was about a 35 minute wait for 5 cars.
