The Iced Cookie Dough Cold Brew is super delicious! There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but it's worth it. The employees were super friendly even with it being 5am.
Drinks were extremely watered down and had no flavor. The lines were long, as everyone else is saying, but there didn’t seem any reason for it. We waited 50 minutes and there were only 10 cars in front of us. There were at least 11 people in the little drink-making room, where we picked up our drive thru order, most of whom weren’t doing anything but chit-chatting. I know that I’m going to be thanked by Dutch Bros for my review. Don’t bother. Please improve service and flavor instead. Perhaps the shift that made my drinks was an exception, but I’ll never find out because I’m never going back.
I frequent many different locations throughout California and this is by far the slowest. There were lots of employees causally wandering in and out as though they were just there to hangout and not to serve customers. Very disappointing. Should not take 45 minutes to get a drink.
I LOVE dutch. However this location has to be the slowest location I have ever been to. I’ve been to the other ones in CA, all busy nonetheless, and the wait goes quick. At least one, even when there isn’t a wait, it ends up being 30-45 minutes. I understand it’s about the only one around, but my lord. I never see this long of a wait at starbucks when it’s packed. I honestly just wish they were more efficient. Other than this, i LOVE this dutch bros. If you can come where it’s only you and another car it’s a 10/10 experience.
Gotta love some Dutch, but this one... WHOA! The lines were absolutely absurd. I mean ABSURD! We literally waited 40 minutes in the 2 lines of cars. Why? Most likely, the lame chatting at the window. I get there's expectation for some, but when I timed a few, it was 3 minutes +, and that's excessive. Go to the walk up window. They had a runner pushing drinks to cars in the line, but that was only at the front as there was seriously no way out otherwise. That's a major problem if anyone ever has a medical emergency in the car and needs to get out somehow. If I were rating this on drink alone, easily a 5. This one however was based on the overall experience and that wasn't good at all. Sorry Dutch, you need to reign in on the chatty Catchy nonsense and push cars out more efficiently.

Great drinks, speedy service. The down side is the line. It’s packed but for good reason. The team members are friendly to talk to and have great recommendations. I’d always ask for barista favorite drink every time I go, have not been disappointed.
For anyone saying ‘’the lines are long’’ or ‘’there are no employees on time’’ please remember to be caring and patient to the people serving you. Just because your drink took a bit doesn’t mean to give them a lower review. Don’t be Karens and learn to be respectful instead. There is a shortage of workers so don’t be rude to them. I came here and waited two hours. I loved the drinks and it was worth it for me. The staff is nice and even though they were tired, they still put a smile on their face. I honestly want to go back although it’s a long wait. If you have the time to wait and try something good, then do it! I wish this business and employees all success. Thank you for an amazing first experience!
Not gonna lie...the lines are long but it's sooooo good. So unless you have time to spare get your Durch Bros Coffee fix!! Mornings the lines aren't too bad but afternoon and of course after work is usually the worst. And weekends lol ?I always loved it in Vegas so I'm so excited they opened up one in my neck now the woods.
