Waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza whitch they never came to my house to deliver so I called them they said the driver called and waited for 10 minutes whitch was impossible because I was watching the outside of my house they then said I could come pick-up the pizza whitch I then canceled. Like seriously if I could just go pickup the pizza why would I have it delivered

The manager at this location told me this pizzas wasn’t burnt and that i was lying then hung up in my face! I called back and asked an employee if i could be transferred back to the manager she said “i cant” and hung up in my face. I tried calling back 10 times and it seemed as if my number was blocked the phone wouldn’t even ring anymore I didn’t even know Domino’s could block your number LOL this wasn’t even the icing on the cake the person who delivered my pizza never rang my doorbell nor knocked my pizza was left on the floor in front of my door how disgusting and unsanitary!!!!!!!

If I could give is zero I would.. dominos took a major decline of late and last night was no exception.. I ordered 2 pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, and 2 dipping sauces.. the sauces didn’t come.. one pizza was cold and the other was all bread bubbles with not sauce cheese or toppings on it.. and the kicker.. husband has had food poisoning symptom all afternoon after having some for lunch.. when I called to ask about the missing items they said come pick them up.. I asked to speak to a manager and I explained what I found when I opened all the boxes and he said he could credit my account for the purchase price.. like I am going back to them again!! After some choice words I got refunded.. buyer beware!!

Pizzas are as usual. Giving 2* for their not so okay service. Tried calling and waited 20 minutes. Nobody picked up the phone. Went for pickup and inquired about the continuously ringing unanswered phone. It was still ringing. There were 5+ people in the cooking and packing section. He said we are busy with making Pizza. I didn't find it okay, if you have given call in order options, it's not fair to keep customers frustrated making them waiting. Either pick up and give a delayed estimated time due to more orders. If people call couple of times and not getting answered, they will try out some where else.

Tried being compassionate about staffing shortage when they missed my delivery. They didn’t have a working phone for several days while this went on. They they lied on the tracker after hours about delivering my food and still charged me tip, donation, and all. GM Karla said there were only 2 drivers the night before and that she would refund and credit my account and a week later nothing. I have reached out several times and gone in person, still no refund. The GM Karla is constantly having her employees screen her calls to avoid helping. Zero accountability or regard towards long time customers and scamming people’s money. Never again.

We are frequent customers. The last 5 or so orders we have had delivered to our home has had 1 or more items missing. When we contact the store they say they will send it out but it never makes it. We don’t believe this is a delivery issue at this point. We believe that the issue is with the quality check portion of the order. If your quality check is efficient, and we believe it is as we haven’t had this problem at other locations, the location in question needs retraining. We understand our orders are usually quite large but it doesn’t excuse the fact that we spend our money and don’t get what we pay for. Our orders don’t vary much so a glance at previous order history would help in our case.

My company has ordered from this location before without issues--until tonight. Before I continue, I believe Dominos has a television commercial advertising something about skipping delivery fees if you order direct from them, but they charged us nearly $7 for delivery. We also tipped 15% before the order even left their facilty--which I recommend that you should NEVER tip until you receive the final product. Any way... The tracker indicated the order had been delivered; it in fact was not and our businesses external and internal cameras confirmed this. Both phone numbers were not in service when we attempted to call the delivering location to inquire about the order. 25 minutes later the driver (named Shaffven) arrived in our lobby, said nothing to anyone as he promptly "plopped" both pizza and breadsticks down on our service counter and then abruptly about-faced himself out of the front door.Upon inspection of the pizza, we noted the top of the box was smashed into the center of the pizza and as a result toppings were stuck to the top of the inside of the box. Both pizza and breadsticks were cold to the touch, and even colder inside your mouth. Pizza joints used to transport their deliveries in special insulated carriers, but I think this driver sat both items next to him in the passenger seat. Who wants to have to microwave their food as soon as it arrives? Not us. Which is why we don't even want the free pizza customer service is offering. No thanks, Dominos. $50 for just two items isn't worth the hassle.

I've ordered pizza from this location before. I always get a delicious hot pizza. Tonight were ordered pizza from this location. We were disappointed with our pizza. The pizza was very cold.

I haven’t received my pizza ? We waited for 2 hrs. Used the tracker it says complete but no pizza ????

Ordered 1 Hawaiian pizza & 1 Deluxe pizza No mushrooms. Pizza took 58 minutes to come & the deluxe had mushrooms. Since I have a serious fungi allergy, I cannot eat anything that mushrooms touch. Called Domino's, they apologized & said they'll send someone right out with a new pizza NO MUSHROOMS". AN HOUR AND 8 MINUTES LATER they delivery our pizza with apologies. I'm dancing & happy, til I open the box & guess what......MUSHROOMS! UUUUUGHHHH. At this point hangry is kicking in, so we call again to let them know once again, the pizza is incorrect. They ask if I want a credit or another pizza. My reply was well, both. They said they'd have a new one out to me in 25 minutes and that was 10:05pm. Well, it's 11:02pm & still No Pizza.Called again at 11:10pm for an update & was told the driver was just leaving the store & would be here in 10 minutes. I literally live less than 5 minutes from them. You would think I'd be they're first stop. I called back at 11:45pm and was told the third order was never placed. I placed my original order at 7:56pm & eventually had to go pick up the pizza at 11:56pm!Very disappointed is an understatement. I would think they'd put a little more emphasis on their service, especially after messing up so many times on the same order.
