I love cold stone but i could not believe my eyes!!!! I was there June 11 8:45 pm. There was 2 guys and one girl. The girl dropped ice cream on the floor 2 times picked it up with the scooper and just dunked it the water, didn't wash the scoops or anything, then continue to serve the ice cream. how can ppl be this way!!! I'm sorry but she need to be fired!!!!
Sydney and Adam are working hard over here. A complete soccer team was in front of us today.They just kept the line flowing. They have great attitudes. They are polite to the customers and work great together as a team. Under alot of pressure because that line just kept growing. Thank you for your efforts. Only thing I would complain about is that they are being made to wear mask. Can't see those smiles underneath.
I mean, really, what's not to love. Some of the best ice cream. Can't go wrong.
The staff are super nice and work really hard when it's busy. This is my favorite Cold Stone.
Unique ice cream place and pretty good taste
There's lots of parking but there is also a lot of people for the food court area. There was also quite a line, and it was not even a hot day. However the wait was worth it! I had the cheesecake fantasy icecream. My son had the chocolate icecream.
Went here with my little sister the other day and ordered a sweet cream milkshake and she got some random combo of ice cream mixed with candies. When I had came in it was busy probably because it was around 7pm. There was a guy working and a girl with colored hair. They were working HARD. I could tell they were tired but they kept going and got customers through quickly and with care. They deserve a bonus or something because they were putting in WORK. I hate to feel like their hard work was going unrecognized. I ended up tipping like $6 because they deserved it. Great customer service! If you see this coldstones GIVE THEM A BONUS.
Great rich and creamy ice cream. I love the coffee ice cream the most, but chocolate and vanilla are very good. They have an apple pie I want to try soon.I just recently got a coffee and vanilla sundae in a medium sized container with some sprinkles and hot fudge. It was outstanding.
Good but it melts way to fast to really enjoy it.
The customer service is great. Just need a little cleaning. I don’t mean with bad intentions.
