Went to Chipotle before this, tonight and they were out of almost everything an hour before closing. Came here instead and the folks working the last hour were kind enough to make fresh guacamole for me even though they were out. They even gave me a water cup for my wait. Great customer service and will def choose this place in the future instead of chipotle past 8pm!
It is almost as good as the San Dimas location. Cafe Rio Grill uses fresh ingredients. Similar to Chipotle, but better. The Mint lemonade is delicious, but sweet. Try the sweet pork Barbacoa it is delicious. If you get a burrito get it enchilada style. Enjoy!
Worst Cafe Rio in existence. I'm used to the superior quality of food from the Utah locations. The food here is a disgrace. Every single time. Look at this garbage of a salad they gave me. Literal brown pieces of lettuce everywhere. I had to throw this all in the garbage. This is money. This is not ok. Who serves this to somebody??
The food was not tasty at all. 3 stars for being local and great quantity. If you want quantity, go to this place and you will have leftovers for the next day as the quantity is plentiful. But if you want authentic Mexican food, don't waste your time or money. There are other local joints that serve authentic Mexican food.
You know what, it was ok. Honestly not horrible but definitely not bad. Would try again. I enjoyed their nachos. Simple and satisfying. The staff made it ez for us to order and helped along the way. Tortilla was good. Drinks were good. Can't complain, I won't give any amazing compliments but I'll say this. It's a bit expensive but expected and the food is enough to fill you up
Pretty good food. But service is a little bit slow as of late. Maybe because of the whole employee shortage situation? And their prices seem to be inching up a little too often.
Place had gone down hill fast. Went to order a burrito today, no steak or green sauce. The cheese in my burrito wasn't even melted. Customer service was horrible. Will be surprised if this place says open much longer and will not be going back.
Editing this statement 02/04/2022Homemade tortillas are delicious ?The chicken and steak are very tasty and full of great flavor...As of today I've experienced undercooked food, in 2 separate visits! Today being the second experience....02/04/2022 @ 5:18 pm Melissa answers the phone.I expressed my complaint and in no point did she extend concern at all.All was said was I'm sorry you feel this way. I have eaten here a few times and as of now I will no longer support this business.I'll be sharing my experience with coworkers and family that also eat here.....
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however I disliked the food here so much that I had to share my opinion about it. Customer service was excellent they were very polite and respectful. The store and kitchen are clean. Unfortunately, the food quality is extremely poor. The chips were stale and had a disgusting after taste. The burrito was soggy and fell apart. The salsa was tasteless. Initially I had filled my cup with horchata water, sadly it tasted sour so I replaced it with DP. Clearly, I will not be returning here.
