Went in late around 11pm on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. I sat myself down and waited around 10min for a waiter to finally greet me. Ordered some Medium Boneless Wings 10pc with a side of Regular-Sized Fries. Finally after about 15min I got my food and the fries were bland and some even burnt, the wings were undercooked and it looked like they just got the bowl of sauce and dumped it on them. I guess that's to be expected when the place is pretty packed pretty late. Only thing that saved then from 3 Stars is the bartender. He was really nice and attentive even though he was pretty busy himself and even recommended a drink called "Cactus Cooler" and it was delicious I had 2 lol. Overall so-so experience for a late Wednesday night, time at bar was better than time spent dining. Next time I'll probably go earlier see if anything is different.
We waited 45 to get any drinks over and hour for wings and fries. I had to go to the bar to order our drinks but the bartender said he would send our server to our table. We had to ask for everything menu, napkins, etc. Food was ok but the service was absolutely terrible! I ordered online for my previous visit and the order was wrong then too. I will not be back.
Our service was great and wings came out piping hot (which is a plus in our book). The quality in service and wings got 50xs better than our last visit. We personally enjoyed the efficiency in placing our 30 count order of traditional on one large tray, less unecessary clutter on the table. We ordered our wings Extra Wet and they came out Exxtraa Wet for sure. Can't wait to come back next time
If I give this place 0 stars I would. To start off the booth they sat us at was broken . Then it took at 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us and take our drink order and we never received a menu. Good thing my wife and I know our order off the tops of our heads or we would have been out of luck. Food came out fast but we had to ask them for forks . They never came and asked if we needed refills for which then we asked for one and they never came back with it. We had to ask for our check which took another 15 minutes to come back and take our payment. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this bww unless you like bad service!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave us a table 20 minutes later. Once seated we waited 1 hour and they where helping others that came after us! Ended up making a reservation at BJ's I am upset and disappointed for the lack of service seeing a lot of employees just looking at the tables from the online pick up counter. Not coming here again! Waist of my family's time.
Honestly the worse service out of all the others Buffalo Wild Wings. I arrived at 2:30 got seated at 3:20 and that was only because I had to go ask how much longer my wait was when they initially told me it was only 30 min. It now 4:15 and my food is still not ready. Two tables behind me have been left dirty for 30 min and no one come to clean they up and seat other customers
This Buffalo Wild Wings was disgusting. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I did not like this location.We came early, probably 30-1hr after just opening their doors. We had to seat ourselves because no one was at the hostess stand and get our own menus. The menus were sticky and dirty.The bathrooms were disgusting! Like they hadn't checked them since the night before.We will never go back to that location again.
I tried to order online in the parking lot but it wouldn’t go through. So I came in and ordered. I was told it would be 45 minutes to receive the appetizer sampler I ordered. I said fine. I sat here for an hour and 45 minutes. I watched the waiting area for pickup orders fill up and empty 3x . I asked 4 x where my order was. I kept being told it wasn’t ready yet. Just when I was about to ask for a refund I was given “ my bag” I walked out to my car and found out that not only was my food ice cold, but I ordered wings WITH the bone in them because I can have the breading. And received boneless wings. NOT what I ordered! I thought about taking it back but didn’t. Terrible service! Do NOT go here! Employees could give a F’ less including the manager.
Worst bww I’ve ever been too. Order online or in person your better off cooking wings at home. They’ve had nothing but bad reviews and copy and paste there response. If they haven’t changed by now they won’t.
The worst experience here ever. The manager mat did nothing for me and me family after waiting a a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. They said the receipt was lost for our order and we'll have to wait for another 30-40 minutes. He literally told us nothing. Until after I spoke to him of our distress. I really hope the manager Mat sees this.
