Girl was rude on to go order and didn't repeat my order on the phone . She paused for 5 seconds after I spoke, so I calmy and politely said , "hello..."? She replied, "hang on, I have to write everything down by hand ." It was only 1 Large turkey sand , add cheddar cheese , w/ lettuce , tomatoe , extra mayo , and peppercinis on the side . I know I'm picky so I always over tip .(SOMEONE take the stress off this girl and TEACH her how to write shorthanded, Turkey is T, Mayonaise Ma, Mustard is M, cheddar cheese is cc, etc..) She Never repeated my order, and when i picked it up, she rang me up, crumpled up my receipt , tossed it in the garbage. So after I paid , I asked , " hey can u repeat my order back to me please"? She rudely replied, " A turkey sandwich..." She then realized that wasn't goin to fly with me, so she dug the receipt from the garbage and told me what I ordered , she knew who I was from taking my order only 20 mins before. So, instead of leavin the cash tip I had in my hand , I thanked her and walked out. She's a short, heavy , maybe 30-35 yr old Mexican woman , with a nasty attitude. I grew up eating at this togos, 20 yrs at least.. 33 yrs living in Dublin. I'll never be back, much to her pleasure im sure. The older white manager was there and a skinny tall white dude making sandwiches. She was passive aggressive, clearly angry, and had A bad attitude.. Im sure she just had bad day, but that doesn't cut it when your front of the line with phone call orders and ringing people up. She was the first and last person I encountered in the togos experience.. I'll remember her alright, for all the wrong reasons. RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW/ REQUEST TO GO FILL OUT A FORM .. WHY, SO I GET A 30-35 YR OLD WOMAN WITH 4 KIDS FIRED ? NO THANKS , YOU SOUND LIKE A COP , I'M NOT GOING TO DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU . YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS.. NO WONDER TOGOS HAS GONE TO NO BUENO . All of the Togos seem to be closing up, but luckily this one is seemingly thriving. The cold roast beef with extra pepperocinis is my favorite sandwich, it's delightful.
Always a fresh, great tasting sandwich. #9is my fav!
This place has been consistently good and clean. Only complaint is they don't keep the soda machine topped up.
The only one of the Togo's iserving two towns of Dublin and San Ramon neighbourhood. Staff is very friendly and the food quality is maintained
