Taco Is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and this location Is good overall pretty good just needs some work on the customer service. I ordered the cravings box combo recently, I got my order within 4 minutes which is good, I was the only person Inside at the time ordering. Before they would be a bit slower on preparing your order, younger teenagers would be rude or won't smile but now I see new people who are quicker and efficient. I enjoyed the cravings box combo, it's a good deal for about 8 bucks. It can get busy at this taco bell, just be prepared to order ahead of time. Usually busy between noon and around 7pm
Nope. This place was filthy. Poorly set up. Two order machines are RIGHT at the door and makes huge pile of people waiting in a doorway. They messed up our food. They were out of 3 different things we wanted. Skip this location. Skip it good. Big parking lot isn't enough to bring me back.
No drive thru so I had to go next door. ALL TACO BELLS need drive thru. This is the 3rd one I've left to go elsewhere.
AVOID I live within a couple miles of this Taco Bell and came here often but they will forget multiple items in your order or mess it up. I’ve order supreme tacos just to get regular ones. So 5 regular tacos for the cost of super tacos on top of missing items. This is not a one time event either. I rarely write reviews but I just wanna saw if you order here for the love of god check the food. If you deliver food be aware of this place. They may screw you over.
On Monday October 19th 2021 I placed an order to taco bell near my work in Dublin. My order was accepted and the app said my food was made and ready for pickup. I went to the location at 10:15 45 minutes before close. When I arrived employees were inside but door was locked . I waived and try to ask about my food or a refund but they didn't come to the door. I was upset I didn't get my food but I got over the fact they were closed, now how do I get my refund, I contacted taco bell thru the app 3 days now and still no refund or answer back. They stole my money in my eyes, let's see how long it takes to get a refund or my food.
Terrible customer service, the workers don't communicate with the customers. I waited in line then sent me to the automated kiosk. Only one machine was working and only 2 employees when it was busy.Please teach employees customer service, especially your employee Nata. She was rude and dismissive.
Rude and forgetful workers. Gets your order wrong then blames others.
Very very bad attitude of the staff and not once but every time I went there and now I’m not going there. They overcharge for food and give me a lot of attitude if I say anything. Horrible
Worst taco bell i ever been to the manager is a drunk Asian who is very rude and yells at customers and employees the guy has been working at taco bell all his life but still can't do his job correctly while I was there several employees complaining about not getting paid and how the a rab owner takes advantage of the Mexican employees who dont understand English well
The Taco Bell staff didn’t include a portion of our order in the initial delivery and refused to give the missing items from the order unless we reordered. Terrible service. Manager needs to learn how to work with customers. Can’t believe they couldn’t replace the portion of the order THEY missed.
