The food was consistent. I am giving this Taco Bell 5 stars because the woman who was on the drive through speaker was amazing and friendly and actually fun to talk to while I was ordering. I can't remember a time when I was talking to the speaker that I truly enjoyed the experience but today when I ordered there was a fun and engaging personality on the other side and we got the family's food order in while having a very positive conversation. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her.
I have been visiting the taco bell for many years now and the quality of cashier / order takers has been going doin. Had 2 recent really bad interactions. In one of them been scolded for ordering a $1 item only. And in the other the cashier got offended for bringing back wrong order, Ain't my fault they made Crunchy tacos with Chicken when I asked for Crispy chicken tacos. They make the food okay, but I still want to avoid going here as much as I can worrying about having a bad interaction.
I usually go for breakfast at this Taco Bell every morning . A nice black lady always helps me out. I had not seen her for a couple of days, so I asked the cashier at the window It is she OK I have not seen her for a couple days. She looked annoyed and said you are so a freaking rude you said black. At that point she refused to service me refunded my money and said get out of here in a very rude obnoxious manner I asked for the manager she said I am the maneger as you get out of here she does not need to be at this Taco Bell talking to customers like that if she's offended by me saying black. She should get a new job.
Almost every time I order here -online or otherwise- I receive the wrong items or my substitutions/exclusions are completely ignored, and orders are messily put together with inconsistencies in the amount of each ingredient. I got some nachos today that were a downright joke with hardly any cheese on them, it's like I paid 5$ for a box of chips. I asked for no meat and was given meat, recently asked for black beans instead of meat and was given black beans AND meat. If I ask for no meat, don't give it to me! Some of the reviews here say they've gotten better, but I live 5 minutes away from this location and consistently have issues with their service.

First time at this Taco Bell since the remodel.Drive thru is fast and the burritos were very neatly wrapped so filling didn't leak all over. Clearly wrote mods on the wrapper.
I hadn't been to a Taco Bell for probably 15 years ago. I thought I would give it a whirl. First of all it's confusing as heck. I had some difficulty understanding that when you saw something on the menu in order to make it decent you had to upgrade it by adding meat, of all things, even though it might say beefy chalupa. Even after adding meat 2 items, I found them to be pretty meager.
WHAT A GREAT FRIDAY SNACK. Yes a 12 pack Box of 6 Soft and 6 crunchy is an awesome snack to hold the Tummy over until Late Night Dinner Date is Ready. This Taco Bell seems to add extra ingredients to both Soft Shell and crunchy tacos
Do not go to this location. Waited 18min past my mobile pickup Time to get nothing. Requested a refund and waited 5 minutes for the staff to be clueless on how to do that so I left and said I would bring it up with corporate.Someone else waiting said they were waiting for over 30 minutes and at the time of posting this review they came out to their car finnaly 10 more minutes later… 40 minute service? I could go to a grocery store, get the ingredients, go home and make it in that time!!! Unbelievable. And here is hoping I get refunded.
