Good store, we stopped by to get coffee and butter croissant. The service is okayish, you would have to wait for a phone order as they are usually busy. Also, I didn’t like that my coffee took longer to be made while the warmed croissant was sitting there and it turned cold by the time coffee was ready, they need to improve their service.
If you’re fine waiting for 30 mins for a drink, come make a mobile order and enter the drive thru!
I've never seen a 45 minutes wait drive through like this location. Never again will I go there.
Ordered an almond milk frap latte. Asked for it hot. Twice now they have given it cold. This time the ice was frozen solid like an iceberg inside my coffee. It was basically like drinking diluted coffee because there was so much ice that had melted into water. Please, I just want warm coffee during the winter time, not a rerun of the Titanic inside my poor drink.
None of the people are there to serve you. They left the receipt on the counter and looked at each other and none of them want to make your drink or acknowledge you. Needs better management.
I give place 4 stars, but on Holidays like Christmas or New Years it's 2 star service. Be aware that other Starbucks may turn off their mobile ordering and this store may get orders. TIP: Do not use mobile ordering at a popular or busy Starbucks store during holidays ie Jan 1 or Dec 25....etc...be prepared to pick up your mobile orders late between 15-45 minutes to get your order, I really noticed this location process walk-ups first than mobile orders and I'm not the only patron to notice that day Jan 1, 2022. If that happens speak up and get a refund from them or Starbucks corporate!
Great store and even better staff! The store was super busy but regardless I got my drink pretty quick and the baristas were super nice!
Got there 10 mins before closing. After waiting in a long drive through line, we finally got to the front and they refused to serve us. They wouldn't even open the window to say they were closed! They just looked through the window (no eye contact) and gave a throat slashing "it's over" sign. No warning or announcement. So bizarre. We want our 15 minutes back! ?
The best Starbucks i have ever been to. The place is clean. The workers are very nice. They didn't scream at me because went i went back for 5 seconds to grab a straw. And i have noticed that all the other starbucks barely put any caramel syrup on my caramel ribbon crunch and they never put the crunchy stuff on it but this one did. if this place wasn't a starbucks i would probably only give it four stars but after all of the bad experiences i have had with other starbucks i am giving them 5 stars
Great staff and the only Starbucks that’s open past 9pm in the area. Sad that most of the staff is leaving every other week due to the crazy policies of corporate Starbucks due to which all these folks are getting burnt out and leaving.
