Ordered orange chicken noticed it being just heated possibly microwaved ready within 5 minutes. I brought it back told the front desk receptionist he told me the food here is freshly cooked. I took a piece of chicken out to prove it to him and left the bag there. I don’t trust these self reviewed stars which I find full of Bs
Shangrila is our family's favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area. Been going here for dining out and even hosted family banquets here for more than 15 years now. Our favorite fish dish is the Poached Fish Fillet. Sesame Beef is also our go-to dish. Food is great here!

Food was not good at all, they did not even sent my drinks or utensils. When I called them the lady said you can come to get it yourself. Very rude. After paying $38. We did not even ate the food
The food and service was amazing. The plates are very generous especially for the price you are paying. The dinner plates are awesome cuz you get steam rice, chowmein, a soup and your entree.
The staff is nice but the food is not the best. It's decent but there are other resturant which are better.
Amazing dishes Mongolian beef was cooked perfectly with a good heat level service was very fast but not rushed at all. Sever took the time to answered all of our questions about their dishes. Food was beyond what I had expected and this is now a must go to place for us and our friends. Prices don't reflect the quality or taste of this place. Delicious
