Great food and service! I just don't like their oily floor, needs some serious mopping with lots of bleach.
I’ve got to say this is THE WORST Korean BBQ I have ever visited and it’s not because of the food. But it’s because of the service. Service is unbelievably terrible. I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. I’ve always had a great time. But our last 2 visits just made me decide never again to eat here. The lady at the front is so rude. I remember her because she was the same lady at the front when we came late last year and she was rude but she was pregnant back then. So I thought oh well maybe it’s her hormones, it’s not easy to work while being pregnant, I know that for a fact so I shrugged it off. Then we visited again today and we for sure made a terrible mistake that we went there. It was the same lady, only this time she’s not pregnant anymore. But she is still rude! When she was getting our order her gesture was demeaning. After we were seated she took out her paper and pen and she said “Okay what do you want?” She doesn’t even smile (I can tell because she was not wearing a mask). While we were giving her our orders she cut us off and said “That’s it only 5 items you can order again later”. Then later on my husband asked her for another bowl of rice and she literally ignored him. She saw him raise his hand and she was looking at him when he nicely asked but she just walked past our table, completely ignored him. She is making this restaurant look bad to be honest. She should be trained on how to provide great customer service. I don’t know if she is the manager but she acts as if she thinks so highly of herself. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I can’t look the other way after she disrespected my husband like that.
Went for.lunch today. Few problems. First the outlets had a listed price of 18.99 per person advertised. When we went and mentioned the outlet price the waitress appeared to agree. We ate. Most the food was fine but some of the food appeared brown and old. We made the best of it. Bathrooms smelled horrible, not alot of kid choices but wernt expecting much. Our main problem was the check. At the end we were shocked with a bill for $140. We were charged 30.99 for two adults and one 7 year old. We were the charged the 15.99 for a 5 year old. We then were surprised with an 18% service charge added because we were a party of 4. Absolutely crazy prices for the lack of quality. The waitress acted like she couldn't understand the confusion. I now believe my spouse may have gotten sick from some of the meat ...avoid at all cost
Very lousy 0 stars restaurant! This restaurant serves very “small portion” for us. They only can give you each time for 5 orders for a long wait with bad appearance to us. Employee never served us for changing grill pan if you don’t call them. Their food tastes bad so much. I can feel they do everything reluctantly to you! Also if you guys wants to be here, you will be starving all the time. Don’t forget they put 18% mandatory tips on additional bills to you. They were going to close kitchen before 9:10 pm because the employees wouldn’t work later than 9:10 pm. Never come here later than 8 pm or you will not feed good.I would like to recommend you guys to go “Gens” better and I will not go back here anymore!
I'll never come back again, this is a scam group at all,it's not all-you-can-eat at all,it's supposed to be all-you-can-eat,this restaurant is just doing things casually, casually Treat the guests, give you a meal, and then tell you to leave quickly when the time is up, come on we just come here less than 40 minutes, How bad is it to eat in a restaurant. The food here is fresh and delicious, but the service is hell, we arrived at 8:20pm, and we forced to have last order food at 9:10.After the waiter arrived, they told us that this was the last order, their food came slowly, and I can only order five servings each time, each person eats very little, and it costs $30 per person, which is really bad, very bad, the waiter is afraid that people will eat more foods, why do you still open the restaurant?
Korean all you can eat BBQ, didn’t get the buffet, friendly staff, food was okay, it’s little bit pricey but half cold noodle ($8.99) was worth it.
I have never done this before but I had to do this for this place. We arrived, service was suspect at best. We sat down and the menus were on the wall…kinda weird but whatever. Hostess was rude while we were looking at the menu, mind you we had LITERALLY JUST SAT DOWN. We didn’t even get a drink menu. They brought out the kimchi and all the fixings along with rice and that is when it all went bad. The rice looked slimy and tasted funny. The rice tasted like rotten egg. It was disgusting. We walked out. I NEVER in my life have walked out of a restaurant but I had to. This was a terrible experience.
This might actually have been the worst restaraunt I have ever been to, but at least definitely the worst KBBQ I've ever been to. For starters, you are only allowed to be there for 1.5 hours before they turn you over for a new customer, but that can be forgiven since its all you can eat. It really gets bad with the food; half of the meat they provide you with is unseasoned, and all of the appetizers are the opposite of fresh. The spring rolls I had were 100% microwaved because they were frozen in the middle, and the "ramen" there was literally $1 cup of noodle. But wait, this whole experience miraculously gets worse because each meal is $37.50 during dinner time, and they somehow have the balls to charge a 15% gratuity fee. A meal for 2 people ended up costing $97 and it was probably the worst meal I've ever had. Please for the love of God, don't make the same mistake my friend and I made by coming here.
Very disappointing service.. They give only this much per order! Not coming back ever! Server was rushing and so food spilled here and there. It takes ages before someone changes plate.
Overcharges. Don’t come here if you have young kids. They charged us $15.99 for my 3 year old! This is non negotiable, they charge 3-7 year olds this price. That’s insane for my daughter who didn’t even eat!! Also additional charges for lettuce ($1.99 per bowl)….like for real? That’s not included in the AYCE price? In my opinion, dinner has high pricing for what is offered ($30.99 per person all you can eat). They didn’t have daikon slices or rice wraps. Service was your standard Korean lady mean face, however they did hustle and they did not leave us unattended for long. We are used to Gen, this place left a bad taste in our mouth with the nickle and dimeing. Will not return.
