This is the worse Popeye's. I usually buy chicken pieces or tenders. The chicken is dry and over cooked, day old. The tenders are thin, dry, and mostly breading. The sides are just as bad. The mac&cheese was scraped from the bottom, fried cheese and very little macaroni. The cole slaw was soupy, it looked like it was over processed in food processor. The French fries were dry too, again, like day old.No pride is put into the food, which why the poor quality.The Popeye's at 1790 El Camino Real, Santa Clara is a much better place. The chicken is juicy and fresh. The tenders are thicker and juicy too. The sides are fresher!The prices have gone up but the quality at the Dublin has not improved. I don't recommend going here.
My name is Veronika. It’s Tuesday April 26, 2022. Thus, like T-Mobile customers, I check my phone to see what types of deals they have each. Today they had Popeyes‘ Louisiana chicken. You get two pieces free if you purchase something that cost more than five dollars!Currently, I am living in San Ramon, California. Although I prefer KFC, because I am studying to take the California Bar Exam (to become licensed to practice law in California) at 59 y.o. and an empty nester, I used “Siri” to assist me with locating the “Popeyes nearest me.” The closet one was 2.9 miles away at 7122 Regional Drive, Dublin, California, 94568. I did everything I knew to do by logging into the Popeye’s website and finding the T-Mobile Tuesday app and adding the two free pieces of chicken to my Order. I “redeemed” my code from “T-Mobile Tuesday” app and pasted it to the Popeye Mobile App.What happened from here was a disaster:1. Because there were so many customers coming back to say: “I went through the drive through and you guys got my order wrong…” I figured when my food was ready I should check it before leaving the store. I checked and the Order was very wrong;2. I reported it to the “African” woman who took my order. She called over her colleague - a Hispanic looking woman who would not provide her name. I asked for a refund and without saying anything to me, she tossed my food in the trash receptacle. Unbelievable, horrible customer service. All I had asked for was a refund and this woman refused to provide me with one. I asked her for a store business card, the Hispanic looking woman responded: “We don’t have any…”3. Finally, I was told by the African woman that I would need to wait until the manager came back from break to resolve my “issue.” When I asked the African woman when the manager would be back, I was advised by this African woman: “She just left…”4. Recommendation: At least one or two people who are familiar with the T-Mobile Tuesdays app should be on staff at all times at Popeye’s. It’s just not professional, especially on Tuesdays.5. Further, I was dignified and professional when I asked the Hispanic looking woman for a refund, and yet she threw my food in the trash. This cashier - who refused to provide her name - can not argue that she could not hear me because the more I asked the more she ignored me. I used my Apple Pay card and was charged $9.69 charge pending on my Apple Credit Card. Finally, I called tonight at 6:00 pm and advised that I just wanted to get the manager's name. "Jennifer" told me it was "Belinda" and that she was not available at that time.Respectfully,Veronika Briggs Benion
Walked up to counter to order and workers behind counter acted like we were invisible, didn't look at us, didn't say anything, and were just walking around in slow motion and acting like we were not even there. Then a woman worker walked up, stood in front of us at order area and looked at another worker and began talking to him while still ignoring us. I said "forget it" and walked out as she just stared at me like a zombie. I won't ever go back here. Terrible customer service.
Very slow drive through. Order was incorrect. Not the first time we've received this level of service here. Chicken was good though.
Thanks for Popeyes a family can still have a tasty, crunchy meal together under $30!
Food is what’s expected. It’s good. The staff here is very unfriendly but it’s not like I’m looking for exceptional service when I go to Popeyes. It’s just good enough.
I had some disappointing times coming here to this Popeyes. One day I drove here at night just after they closed the inside, the drive thru was only open and I ordered a Mac and cheese, red beans and rice and a soda. Get to the window and grab my order, everything looked fine until I drank my soda and it was lemonade that tasted horrible like straight sugar. I drove back to drive thru and tried to get a new drink, not only was the drink bad but they were skimpy on the Mac and cheese. It wasn't filled to the top. So I asked the man to give us one free side order for the hassle but he was stubborn and said no. I asked nicely again and he finally said ok and threw the drink away. I will not come here again. Very skimpy and rude. Also several times Id order and they wouldn't give a receipt or put napkins in my bag. The only good order was the Hottie sandwich for me.
Extremely rude employees. Gave me one honey and one ranch and then charged me a $1 for 1 ranch and 2 honeys even though I had two meals. It’s not about the money it’s the principle, that’s beyond ridiculous.They literally give you 10 fries when they put them in the box and sometimes in the bag. Literally you can count the fries very quickly when you open the box, very stingy. I always have to ask for more fries and they always give them to me as they know the amount that’s put in there initially is completely unacceptable ! This Popeyes needs a completely new staff ASAP.
Baaaad situation. I bought Apple foot and they charged me more than two dollars. I'm a foreigner and that's disrespect. That's not done
Pretty good. Nice staff. Had to pull up front and wait 10 extra mins for chicken nuggets.I rewarmed the food in my air fryer when we got home, due to a 20 min ride home. BTW. Air fryer rejuvenation made it all better!
