Came in, guy asked what drinks we wanted and we ordered right away. Appetizers came, no drinks still about 20 minutes into sitting down, people forget things that's fine. I reminded him about the drinks and instead of an "oh I'm sorry" or even an "okay" he just looked at me and walked off. Came back with 2 more plates and 5 mins later finally our drinks. Thai tea was too sweet, Boba was hard, food was oily and mostly tasteless. Table next to us sat down for 15 or so minutes and walked out without ordering since the waiter hadn't gone over to them once. $74 bill, I paid in cash, cashier laid out all of the cash, counted, and told me I was short. I told him to count again because I was pretty sure I handed him enough. He tried to fight with me until I leaned over the counter and counted for him, outloud. Not sure if this was to confuse me and get me to overpay or a simple error but I still didn't appreciate fighting me over just attempting to recount. So ridiculous, won't be back.
Where to start?! Today (may 17 2022) I was in this restaurant… (we can call it ok restaurant)First you come in they not care about you I wait in the door for 5 minutes. The place was empty but I still want to give them chance. They bring menu that the paper are really oily. The table are ok.The AC not sure is working.I ordered the fresh spring roll with tofuAnd I really enjoy it the sauce on the side was amazing and I really enjoy every bite. The second think I ordered was the pho with the chicken. The plate was not in good condition. The chicken was over cooked and not that edibleAnd the soup not come hot at all.And the fork and spoon need to make sure you clean them bed you eat.And look because some of the broken. And also they didn’t have any napkins on my table I will have to get some from couple different tablesSo anyway I will tell you they have to do some changes to make people want to come more. But if you want to eat cheap and ok food, this is good place.I’m not going to come back
Got vegetarian pho and vegetable stir fry. Both were super disgusting, oil dripping, and salty. The pho broth was like salty hot water. The veggie stir fry had only bok choy. We added mung sprouts from pho to the stirfry. We had to add a ton of sauces/Sriracha to make it mildly palatable.$40 for hot water and tasteless stir fry, no thanks!
Bun rieu's noodle were not freshly done. Crumble up from frozen or cold. Soup is a bit too salty.
If you want to eat in a very very filthy place, this is the place to go. They had their door wide open, the flies were everywhere. I went to use their bathroom and OMG, makes you puke! Starting with the door handle to the dirty sink. There was a guy who brought our food and his nails were loooooong!!! What is wrong with them? Is it ok now to be filthy and still be in food and restaurant industry. I don’t even want to think or imagine the kitchen! I told the manager that the bathroom was dirty and her reply was “really?”Girl, your bathroom didn’t get crazy filthy overnight and you know that! Don’t act like you are surprised!
Food was not badBut the service was HORRIBLEI asked the waiter a question about something in the menu and he just looked at me didn’t answer at all and just walked away.I thought he must not have heard me butWhen he came back he asnwered the question I had previously asked and in a very rude way.
Came in today we ordered the bbq chicken and grill pork chop, first off the chicken breasts are thin like a napkin and kids size also the pork chops are thin and small. For the price and diffidently not worth it, worst mistake to order them. The pho was nothing to brag about and they won't refill your cup of water they never check up on you again. Better places to eat Pho.
This place is dirty and the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and just find a better restaurant.
Definitely not worth trying. Maybe due to COVID, everything was sized down or made with less ingredients. Not recommended.
I had the pork chops with fried egg and rice. I recommend because the meat was juice and tender. My husband had the beef pho and he enjoyed it. The broth had good flavor. In addition we also enjoyed the fried wonton. The prices are reasonable $13 to $14 dollars for each plate.
