I normally purchase from Pizza Hut but decided to try Papa Johns 'the works'. I have no idea though how it tastes since they delivered a cold pepperoni pizza. I called the store and told them what happened. After keeping me on hold for 1/2 hour and making me call back 3 times, the gentleman on phone then tells me he is alone and can't send out correct pizza. He said he'll credit back my card, but I can tell you after this experience I'll never order from a Papa Johns again after this experience. Its super supreme from Pizza Hut for me.
I love ordering from Papa John’s! They always have the best toppings and the best dough. The staff is super friendly and the environment is clean. Definitely my favorite place!
Tried the New York style pizza twice because of the ads. The quality of the product is mediocre at best. There are many choices in the area. Suggest making another choice. Only did it for my kids, but they deserve to know what decent pizza should taste like.As you can see from the picture, they can't even cut it right and the presentation leaves much to be desired.Bummer. Was really looking forward to a NY Style pizza. They should be banned from advertising it as such.
The worse pizza I have. Paid for premium. Little Caesar tastes better than them and half of the price
Pizza was great, but had it delivered by a driver (who was tipped before delivery) who called me from the community gate requesting me to come pick up from her car saying there is no parking only toRealize that they were plenty of parking spaces and this person was just lazy and just didn’t feel like reading the instructions.
I think that they used to be better. First time I had it like 20 years ago I thought it is the best pizza. Ordering from every other week, cant say it is one of the best I ever had anymore, but can say it is a good and tasty Pizza.

I noticed most of the days pizza prepared here are NOT good. I ususally go with bi monthly(not only here but all other places) and from this store Papa Johns 1 time happy eating out of 4 times(3/4th of their pizza comes out not that good). It all depends on the person who work on specific day who makes a fantastic pizza (and some makes very bad... Ex: From my last order: its not cooked fully, the pizza was not even warm, half of it we throwed to dust bin). I was initally thinking last order was the last from Papa Johns. Again, I gave another chance, I ordered online on 10/2/2021 around noon and rushed to store to pick it up and the lady who was making(I could see) and the way the pizza come out with the texture, taste everything was fantastic, My kid also noticed and asked where did you get the pizza and it doesnt seem to be from the papa johns pizza. I told him that the lady was very carefully going through the order, she made sure the bake correctly(went with well baked and she made sure to bake 2 rounds), all specific toppings etc. I think overall I am very pleased on the order of 10/2/2021 from Dublin store.
Would give zero if I could. My sister ordered a pizza we never received. They took it to a different room than what she put down. Then when she called the girl working was extremely rude and the delivery driver wasn't much better. With covid going on the driver said he would go back to the room and get it back after the people in the room had already picked it up. Do not recommend.
Very good. Taste really good. Used to order regularly the stuffed crust. But since last week this location at Dublin made it $16 instead of the regular $12. Therefore, we stopped buying from this location.
