They gave me 4 to 7 pieces of orange chicken over my rice I called and told them and they would do nothing about it time to go higher now calling corporate bad service
First panda express where I experienced rude/short tempered service. First was when I asked for mixed vegetables in place of rice or chew mein. The person taking my order gave me this look as if she was confused. Then she gave me one level scoop of angus steak. Not used to that coming from panda express normally where I'm from (los angeles) it's a heaping scoop. But whatever I guess that's fine Bejing beef was un-notable. But there was a couple in front of me ordering for a whole family. Normally again from home they would move my order to the front so I'm not waiting for the larger order to finish. But again whatever I can wait my turn. But when I asked for military discount a different server gave me another look (of annoyance as if she was bothered I asked for one) then she said with a tone. "No discount " so I figure ok maybe it's just something local to my home. But I just looked it up and yeah. Apparently panda express as a business gives 10% to military ,fire, ems or police. Service goes along way for me hopefully the food isn't as dry as it looks. 2nd star is benefits of the doubt the food is still good.

We went to buy two plate of food to this location Dublin Panda, Hillary the server she is so rude, she doesn’t smile, I’ve notice she put a lots of chowmein but the friedrice so little. I asked Hillary to put a little bit of friedrice she looked at me and asked what? Told her to put a little bit of friedrice she put a little and after she dropped her scooper so hard, really mad. Then when We m at the cashier Bianca I showed her my first time guest card free one item food. She told me that I cannot use it because need to use to this location only which is it doesn’t say which location. And she kept arguing with me and she did not let me using the firsttime guest card.She did not honor it even though its from Panda. My point is do not give the free item card if you don’t honor it.
Best Panda Express in the Bay Area! Great staff because of good management. The food is all the same as other Panda Express restaurants but is made with love! That's the difference!
Came in and got two items to go. 2 medium entrees (Kung Pao Chicken & Green Bean with Chicken) at $7.70 each, before tax/tip.I normally don't do fast food but I was in a hurry and I needed something quickly. The last time I was in a Panda Express was probably over a year ago in Livermore. It wasn't very good then and it was even worse today. It didn't look fresh and tasted old. On the Kung Pao m chicken there were almost no veggies mostly chicken– normally that would be a good thing but not in this case because there was no flavor except the hotness of the hot peppers. Similarly, the chicken with green beans also was flavorless but at least it seemed fresher. Not much flavor but lots of chicken and almost no green beans!I don't think I will be back. There are better places even for quick and fast food.
It's so delicious and the quantity is so good for the price! I thought the quantity was small, but there was enough left over.
Food taste good, I would go to the one located in Santa Rita, rather to this location. They don't understand what you order , but make fun of you among themselves.
Tried the Spicy need with onions and red peppers matched with fried rice and loved it! Always enjoy trying something new especially when it turns out delicious!
I love this Panda Express. The food quality is much better than other Pandas
