Went in on my lunch break to get a sandwich. No one in line. 4 people "working" too busy talking about break schedules to acknowledge I was there. I stood there for a good 5 minutes completely ignored.... No one even said hi to me. I didn't say anything because I didn't want a loogie in my sandwich. I was hoping they would just notice me but they obviously didn't. I Walked out because my break is short. No lunch today as I didn't have time to go anywhere else.
Mr pickles fed my crew all week and they LOVED it. Everything was yummy. Mr Pickles to the rescue. Highly recommended and definitely will be back.
I like this place. I do. The food is good, the staff are really nice. But this is the second time my order has gotten lost and I spent my entire lunch hour waiting for food I ordered 30 minutes in advance. Would love to see this place succeed. Turnaround needs to improve.
I’m not the type to write reviews but I ordered a mr pickles sandwich to go and I get home and take a bite of it and there’s no meat. How do you manage to forget to put the meat on the sandwhich?!
Great sandwich shop, we ordered ahead on way to Giants game, easy access of freeway, pulled into parking lot grabbed our order waiting for us and jumped back on freeway. Awesome tri tip sandwich for a descent price, and not overpriced like we pay at the park.

I ordered a box of 1/2 cut sandwiches last minute and this team was able to have it ready for me within an hour. Super helpful and friendly.

Best sandwich shop around. I live in San Ramon and drive to this location just because of the service and how good the sandwiches are.
