Ordered 2 pizzas online. They told me 20 minutes. I got there 22 minutes later and then waited another 20 minutes for my order. There was only 1 other customer in the store. I'm still here waiting as I write this review. Gonna be my last time coming here. They used to have much better service. I'm not sure if it's a new owner or if they just don't care about their customers anymore
The corporate offers sent to my email seem never to apply at this location. Twice I’ve ordered with my Rewards discounts and they were not honored at the store for pick up.
Super clean place, friendly staff and they always get my order right. What more could you want from a pizza place? My only complaint is that I rarely get the confirmation email when I order online so I recommend calling.
Ordered two pizzas online and waited an hour and a half. After waiting, I called and they told me it was ready but they aren't delivering. My order confirmation clearly stated delivery and I was charged a delivery fee. When I told the person on the phone I didn't want the pizzas that have been sitting in his warmer for over an hour, he said he'd call back but never did. Now nobody is answering. Good thing this isn't the only pizza place in town. Won't be ordering here anymore.Update: An hour and a half after speaking to the restaurant and getting no call back, pizzas showed up at my house. I had already placed another order with a competitor when they didn't call and it showed up before mountain Mike's. I asked the drive if they were the same pizzas that were already sitting in the warmer when I talked to the restaurant and he said he didn't know. I sent them back. Oh, and whoever is posting to reach out with the order details, I did that and day as the order. Haven't heard back from anyone.
This Mountain Mikes location has gone down hill in a hurry! My family gets together with friends one Thursday a month for what's become known as "Pizza Night". For the last several years we've always gone to this Mountain Mikes, and have enjoyed it. Over that time span there's been at least one ownership change, possibly two. 2 months ago is when things started to noticeably change. I walked into the restaurant and there was nobody at the register. They had a bell on the counter which I rang, and ended up doing so 3 or 4 times with no response. There was a man walking back & forth in the kitchen, however not once did he even acknowledge myself or the other customers now waiting in line. When he finally came to the counter he told me my pizzas would be another 15 minutes, despite me arriving at the time they said (25 minutes). I chalked this up as one bad night, perhaps they had some employees call in sick, etc. Fast forward to the next month for Pizza Night...Once again I arrived at the restaurant at the time they told me over the phone (25 minutes), and once again there was nobody at the counter/register. Myself along with two other customers stood there for a few minutes looking at each other as once again the man in the back would be walking back & forth failing to acknowledge any of us! One of the other customers looked back at me and said they must have had someone call in sick...I advised him it was the same exact situation the last time I was there. When the man finally asked for the name for my order he said "5 more minutes"...Okay, no problem. I sat and waited in one of their booths. Time went by, more customers came in, etc. I went to check on my order, after 10 minutes past, and found out they forgot to make one of my pizzas. I was there 30 minutes total after initially arriving at the time they quoted over the phone. I was getting texts from those waiting for me to come home with the pizzas wondering what was going on. When my order was finally ready, I said to the guy "I assume you're going to give me a discount due to the big inconvenience?" However, he did not. He said I was already getting $5 off, and to that I said...yeah, that's from my coupon! He did not offer me anything additional, and never even apologized. It was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I told him he has just lost a longtime customer, and that we'd bring out business to Round Table or some other pizza place. He had no response to that. I would not be surprised one bit to see this Mountain Mikes out of business in the very near future.
Online ordering was easy. Went to pick up from the location. The cashier was unmasked and had an attitude. Even wore a sweatshirt that stated, “don’t ask me anything because I don’t care.” Pizzas were barely warm in the 5 minutes it took to get home. The pizza cookie was burnt and inedible. I would have taken it back if it weren’t for the cashier and her attitude. Couldn’t trust a remake after that. Avoid at all costs, as clearly the current staff doesn’t care, and evidently, doesn’t want to.
I have ordered pizza online from this store, and I add $10 tip for the driver. The driver said he didn't get the tip. Very poor owner.
I like mounting Mike's, standard op, they will get you a pizza that tastes good in a timely fashion.
You deserve to be lower than 1 star
Ordered a small pizza by phone. Guy wanted a credit card number but I told him that I’m paying cash. He was fine with that. When I arrived 15 mins later, he had not started the pizza yet. I guess he was worried that it was a bogus call or something. I had to wait another 15 mins….. the whole reason that I ordered on phone was because time was tight.I can understand if it was a big order but it was a small pizza. Kinda ridiculous!!The pizza here is usually great. But today there was hardly any toppings.I also paid for a side of anchovies and the gave me 2 little pieces!A great way to lose a business is to let your customers feel like you ripped them off.
