Went on Memorial Day for dinner. Ordered ‘A’ soup, but got ‘B’ on table without being informed. After asking the waiter, was told ‘A’ soup was sold out. Ordered a live fish @$42 / lb, but later was told it was sold out, changed to another live fish as recommended by waiter, same price, but the taste and meat texture of replacement fish shown that it has been dead for sometime before steaming. Ordered one fried vegetable, but it never came, although it was not included in the bill. Price charged at top rate. Service so so. The food ordered was changed without letting customer knew about it? Seems it is unsafe if dinning with friends with allergy and religious beliefs.
We ate at the Dublin Mayflower on a Sunday morning. We had nine people in our party and the experience was exceptional. It's rare that Chinese restaurants provide superior service and Mayflower was a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh, high quality and delicious. I want to express my appreciation for Ann. She was kind, courteous, accommodating, attentive and personable. Mayflower exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mayflower and will be returning for future gatherings. Thank you, Ann, and the Mayflower staff!
dim sum is pretty decent here. siu mai was good. but salt pepper tofu was not good. service is good. in general i am happy to have lunch here in this area. good enough
Probably one of the best dim sum spots I've visited. Food comes out hot and is amazing! Get there early because the line will get busy fast.
This place is what good traditional Chinese restaurants used to be in the South Bay long ago. I'm happy that good solid food, no fillers like a hundred broccoli florets and celery in dishes and sumptuous portions of good tasting food served with attentive service is now available in the trivalley area.
Ordered our food to go. Hostess was super nice. Food was great and perfectly packed. Delicious on every count. House Combo Noodles, Tofu Mushroom with Bok Choy, Mini Octopus, and Seaweed Seafood Tofu Soup.
Everything here was absolutely delicious!We were seated fast and our waiter was absolutely on the top of his game. Our chinese donut was the best I've ever had, and my daughter devoured all the custard buns. We polished off the roast pork and had enough leftovers to make lunch. This is now our new dim sum spot when the urge hits. I can't to go back and try everything all over again!
Mayflower was amazing! We had a party of 12 with a baby and they accommodated us so well. The food was awesome and quick! They were busy but it didn't impact their service one bit. I will absolutely be back again!
